【摘要】：分析美國人文護(hù)理實(shí)踐和護(hù)士各階段人文精神的培養(yǎng)特點(diǎn),提出我國護(hù)士人文精神無縫培養(yǎng)思路,以增強(qiáng)護(hù)理人員的服務(wù)意識,升華服務(wù)境界,提升服務(wù)品質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the humanistic nursing practice in the United States and the training characteristics of humanistic spirit of nurses in various stages, and puts forward a seamless train of thought for nurses' humanistic spirit in our country in order to enhance the service consciousness of nurses, to sublimate the service realm and to improve the service quality.
