【摘要】：正序言本共識(shí)適于目前未接受放療、化療或手術(shù)治療,且未處于住院狀態(tài)下的惡性腫瘤患者。包括惡性腫瘤完全緩解、部分緩解、無(wú)變化和/或無(wú)腫塊的患者。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)外仍缺乏針對(duì)惡性腫瘤康復(fù)期患者的營(yíng)養(yǎng)管理共識(shí),這在一定程度上影響這類患者的臨床結(jié)局。中國(guó)營(yíng)養(yǎng)學(xué)會(huì)委托北京協(xié)和醫(yī)院營(yíng)養(yǎng)科牽頭,聯(lián)合中國(guó)疾病預(yù)防控制中心、中國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院腫瘤醫(yī)院、北京大學(xué)腫瘤醫(yī)院、河北醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一醫(yī)院、浙江大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬第二醫(yī)院等單位,按照循證醫(yī)學(xué)原則,選擇當(dāng)前最佳證據(jù),經(jīng)反復(fù)討論
[Abstract]:This consensus is appropriate for malignant tumor patients who are not currently undergoing radiotherapy, chemotherapy or surgery and are not hospitalized. Patients with complete remission, partial remission, no change and / or mass are included. At present, there is still a lack of consensus on nutrition management for patients with malignant tumor in rehabilitation period, which to some extent affects the clinical outcome of these patients. The Chinese Nutrition Society has commissioned the Department of Nutrition of the Beijing Union Union Hospital to take the lead, in conjunction with the China Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the Cancer Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, the Cancer Hospital of Peking University, the first Hospital of Hebei Medical University, The second affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University Medical College, according to the principle of evidence-based medicine, selects the best current evidence, which has been discussed repeatedly.
