【摘要】：目的建立跌倒管理信息系統(tǒng),并評(píng)價(jià)其在臨床的應(yīng)用效果。方法選取401名護(hù)士,通過(guò)發(fā)放自行設(shè)計(jì)的問(wèn)卷、查詢不良事件上報(bào)系統(tǒng),收集系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用前后護(hù)士評(píng)估患者的耗時(shí)、評(píng)估依從性、評(píng)估滿意度、跌倒不良事件的發(fā)生率。結(jié)果跌倒管理信息系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用后,護(hù)士評(píng)估患者的耗時(shí)由(2.55±0.38)min縮短至(1.40±0.45)min,護(hù)士評(píng)估依從率從80.30%上升至93.27%,護(hù)士評(píng)估滿意率從78.30%上升至91.27%,跌倒不良事件發(fā)生率由0.38‰下降至0.32‰,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論跌倒管理信息系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用能減少護(hù)士評(píng)估患者的耗時(shí),增加護(hù)士評(píng)估的依從性和滿意度,減少跌倒不良事件的發(fā)生率。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a fall management information system and evaluate its clinical application. Methods 401 nurses were selected to issue self-designed questionnaires to inquire the adverse event reporting system. The nurses were collected before and after the application of the system to assess the patient's time, compliance, satisfaction, and the incidence of adverse events. Results after the application of fall management information system, the time taken by nurses to evaluate patients was shortened from 2.55 鹵0.38)min to 1.40 鹵0.45 min, the assessment compliance rate of nurses increased from 80.30% to 93.27%, the satisfaction rate of nurses' evaluation increased from 78.30% to 91.27%, and the incidence of adverse events of falls decreased from 0.38 鈥，
