【摘要】：目的探討抗-Wra的鑒定方法及該抗體的臨床意義。方法對兩名不規(guī)則抗體篩查陽性的患者均應用兩個批號的抗體鑒定譜細胞完成抗體鑒定,以明確抗體特異性。結果佘某體內存在Ig G抗-c聯合抗-Wra,Rh分型:CCDee;郭某體內存在Ig G抗-E聯合抗-Wra,Rh分型:CCDee。結論 2名患者均存在Ig G類Rh系統(tǒng)血型抗體聯合抗-Wra,選擇與患者Rh分型一致且抗人球蛋白法配血相合的紅細胞輸注,無不良輸血反應發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the identification of anti-Wra and its clinical significance. Methods two irregular antibody screening positive patients were identified by two batches of antibody identification spectrum cells to determine the specificity of antibodies. Results in Shemou, IgG anti-C combined with anti--Wragne Rh typing: CCDee was found, and Guo had Ig G anti-E combined anti-Wragne Rh typing: CCDee.Results there were two Rh genotypes of IgG anti-C and anti--Wragna Rh in Shemou, respectively. Conclusion both patients had IgG Rh blood group antibody combined with anti -Wra.RBC transfusion which was consistent with Rh typing and matched by anti human globulin method was selected without adverse blood transfusion reaction.
