【摘要】：目的了解合肥市無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血者中人類免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)流行情況和HIV感染者的人口特征,指導(dǎo)招募低危獻(xiàn)血者,進(jìn)而指導(dǎo)制定合適的血液篩查策略,降低經(jīng)血傳播HIV的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。方法安徽省血液中心檢驗(yàn)科采用1種國(guó)產(chǎn)三代酶聯(lián)免疫試驗(yàn)(ELISA)試劑和1種進(jìn)口四代ELISA試劑,以及核酸檢測(cè)(NAT)試劑進(jìn)行HIV篩查,篩查反應(yīng)性標(biāo)本送確證實(shí)驗(yàn)室進(jìn)行確證。統(tǒng)計(jì)安徽省血液中心2014年1月-2015年12月HIV篩查呈反應(yīng)性的獻(xiàn)血者確證結(jié)果進(jìn)行回顧性分析。結(jié)果 2年時(shí)間內(nèi)ELISA試劑篩查了215 015份標(biāo)本,篩查呈反應(yīng)性并送確證實(shí)驗(yàn)室標(biāo)本554份,經(jīng)確證陽(yáng)性41份(均為ELISA雙試劑反應(yīng)性),確證陽(yáng)性率為7.4%:其中男性38例,女性3例;小于30歲的有24例,占58.5%;首次獻(xiàn)血有32位,占78%。2年時(shí)間內(nèi),NAT篩查了203 999例標(biāo)本,ELISA-/NAT+9例,經(jīng)鑒定均為陰性。結(jié)論近年來(lái)合肥市無(wú)償獻(xiàn)血者中HIV感染者較高,主要集中在30歲以下的首次男性獻(xiàn)血者,應(yīng)做好這部分獻(xiàn)血者的咨詢工作,降低輸血傳播HIV的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and HIV infection among unpaid blood donors in Hefei, and to guide the recruitment of low risk blood donors, and to establish appropriate blood screening strategies to reduce the risk of transmission of HIV through blood. Methods the laboratory of Anhui Blood Center used one kind of domestic three generation Elisa reagent, one kind of imported four generation Elisa reagent, and one kind of nucleic acid test (NATA) reagent for HIV screening, and the screening reactive samples were sent to the confirmation laboratory for confirmation. From January 2014 to December 2015, the confirmed results of HIV screening in Anhui Blood Center were retrospectively analyzed. Results within 2 years, 215,015 samples were screened by Elisa reagent, 554 samples were screened and confirmed in laboratory. 41 samples were confirmed positive by Elisa. The positive rate was 7.4%: 38 males and 3 females; 24 cases (58.5%) were younger than 30 years old, 32 cases (78.2 years) were first donated blood samples were screened for ELISA-rnat in 78,999 cases, all of them were identified as negative. Conclusion in recent years, the HIV infection rate among the unpaid blood donors in Hefei is relatively high, mainly concentrated in the first time male blood donors under 30 years old. It is necessary to do a good job in counseling this part of blood donors to reduce the risk of blood transfusion and transmission of HIV.
