【摘要】：正帕金森病是一種常見的中老年人神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)變性疾病,臨床表現(xiàn)以運(yùn)動癥狀為主要特征。近年來,帕金森病非運(yùn)動癥狀逐漸受到人們的關(guān)注。體位性低血壓(orthostatic hypotention,OH)也稱為姿勢性低血壓(postural hypotension,PH),是帕金森病患者常見的非運(yùn)動癥狀,它既是疾病本身的表現(xiàn),也可以在抗帕金森病藥物治療過程中出現(xiàn)。OH是指從臥位轉(zhuǎn)為立位3 min以內(nèi),收縮壓下降≥20 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 k Pa)
