【摘要】：目的探討品管圈小組在完善供應(yīng)室追溯質(zhì)量管理中的效果。方法將陽江市中西醫(yī)結(jié)合醫(yī)院供應(yīng)室質(zhì)量管理工作分為兩個(gè)階段,2015年前為第一階段,2015年后為第二階段,2015年初實(shí)施品管圈小組,對比兩個(gè)階段供應(yīng)室追溯質(zhì)量管理工作情況。結(jié)果第一階段手術(shù)器械、一次性物品、滅菌包、科室自備物品不良追溯率均高于第二階段(P0.05);第一階段物品包過期率、下收下送出錯(cuò)率高于第二階段(P0.05);第二階段物品供應(yīng)及時(shí)滿意度、溝通滿意度、物品供應(yīng)質(zhì)量滿意度均高于第一階段(P0.05)。結(jié)論品管圈小組方法在供應(yīng)室追溯質(zhì)量管理工作應(yīng)用后,物品不良追溯率、物品包過期率、下收下送出錯(cuò)率顯著下降,臨床科室對供應(yīng)室追溯質(zhì)量工作滿意度顯著提高,有效保證了供應(yīng)室追溯管理工作質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of quality control group in improving traceability quality management of supply room. Methods the quality management of supply room in Yangjiang integrated Chinese and western medicine hospital was divided into two stages: the first stage before 2015 and the second stage after 2015. The quality control group was implemented at the beginning of 2015. Results the adverse traceability rates of the first stage surgical instruments, disposable items, sterilizing kits and self-provided items in the department were all higher than those in the second stage, and the expiration rate of the first stage was higher than that of the second stage. The error rate of the second stage is higher than that of the second stage, and the second stage is higher than that of the first stage (P 0.05), and the second stage is higher than that of the first stage in terms of timely satisfaction, communication satisfaction and quality satisfaction. Conclusion after the application of the quality control group method in the traceback quality management of the supply room, the bad traceability rate, the expiration rate and the down-delivery error rate of the items were significantly decreased, and the satisfaction degree of the clinical department to the traceback quality of the supply room was improved significantly. Effectively ensure the quality of traceability management in supply room.
