【摘要】：目的了解北京市RhD陰性血使用及稀有血型篩選情況,更好地完善稀有血型庫(kù),保障稀有血型患者的緊急用血問題。方法回顧性分析2009-2015年RhD陰性血使用及2014年1月-2016年7月RhD陰性確認(rèn)、Duffy血型表現(xiàn)型、不規(guī)則抗體篩查及鑒定、Rh表現(xiàn)型檢測(cè)情況。結(jié)果 2009-2015年共向臨床醫(yī)院供應(yīng)RhD陰性全血4U,洗滌紅細(xì)胞11 U,懸浮紅細(xì)胞3 098 U,冰凍解凍去甘油紅細(xì)胞1 584 U,單采血小板223 U,新鮮冰凍血漿7 210 U;不同年份懸浮紅細(xì)胞與冰凍解凍去甘油紅細(xì)胞使用量差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=177.805,P0.05)。2014年1月-2016年7月檢驗(yàn)科使用IgM抗-D試劑檢測(cè)RhD陰性的無償獻(xiàn)血者標(biāo)本1 075份,RhD陰性確認(rèn)試驗(yàn)檢出Rh弱D型65例(6.05%),其中ccEe 31例(47.69%),CCee 13例(20.00%),Ccee 11例(19.62%)、Cc Ee 10例(15.38%);1 010例RhD陰性標(biāo)本表型頻率以ccee 629例(62.28%)、Ccee 267例(26.44%)2種表型為主;617例RhD陰性標(biāo)本Duffy血型表現(xiàn)型檢測(cè)Fy(a+b-)499例(80.88%),Fy(a+b+)99例(16.05%),Fy(a-b+)19例(3.08%)。結(jié)論采供血機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)制定RhD陰性懸浮紅細(xì)胞基礎(chǔ)庫(kù)存量,聯(lián)合冰凍解凍去甘油紅細(xì)胞為應(yīng)急保障的稀有血型供應(yīng)模式,并不斷增加稀有血型的篩選,完善稀有血型庫(kù),以滿足稀有血型血液臨床需求。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the use of RhD negative blood and the screening of rare blood groups in Beijing, to improve the rare blood group bank and to protect the emergency blood use of rare blood group patients. Methods RhD negative blood use from 2009-2015 and RhD negative confirmation of Duffy blood group phenotype from January 2014 to July 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. Irregular antibody screening and identification were used to detect Rh phenotype. Results RhD negative whole blood 4U, washed red cell 11 U, suspended erythrocyte 3 098 U, frozen deglyceride red blood cell 1 584 U, single platelets 223 U, fresh frozen plasma 7 210 U were supplied to clinical hospitals from 2009 to 2015. There was significant difference in the use of deglycerol red blood cells between frozen and frozen thawed red blood cells (蠂 ~ 2 / 177.805) (蠂 ~ (2).
