【摘要】：目的了解國(guó)內(nèi)醫(yī)院消毒供應(yīng)中心對(duì)精密手術(shù)器械的管理現(xiàn)狀,為制訂精密手術(shù)器械的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)處理流程提供參考。方法采用便利抽樣法,選擇全國(guó)30個(gè)省、自治區(qū)、直轄市共616所不同等級(jí)醫(yī)院的消毒供應(yīng)中心進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果368所(59.74%)設(shè)有精密手術(shù)器械清洗專崗,426所(69.16%)設(shè)有清洗質(zhì)量檢查專崗,382所(62.01%)設(shè)有裝配包裝專崗;347所(56.33%)為廠家培訓(xùn),299所(48.53%)為自學(xué)廠家說(shuō)明書,420所(68.18%)采取科室內(nèi)部培訓(xùn);116所(18.83%)為手工清洗,413所(67.05%)為手工加超聲清洗,87所(14.12%)為機(jī)械清洗;518所(84.10%)采用高壓蒸汽滅菌,398所(64.61%)采用過(guò)氧化氫低溫等離子滅菌,222所(36.04%)采用環(huán)氧乙烷滅菌。結(jié)論精密手術(shù)器械的專崗人員設(shè)置不足;精密手術(shù)器械管理人員的培訓(xùn)有待加強(qiáng);精密手術(shù)器械的清洗方式以手工加超聲清洗為主,滅菌方式以壓力蒸汽滅菌法為主。建議針對(duì)不同的精密器械,制訂統(tǒng)一的器械清洗和滅菌規(guī)范。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the management status of precision surgical instruments in hospital disinfection and supply center in China, and to provide reference for establishing the standard management process of precision surgical instruments. Methods the convenient sampling method was used to investigate the disinfection supply centers of 616 hospitals in 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government. Results 368 units were equipped with precision surgical instruments, 426 units, 69.16) cleaning quality checks, 382 special posts, 382 special posts, 62.01l) assembly packages, special posts, 347 units, 56.33) training for manufacturers, 299 units, 48.53) for self-study manufacturers' instructions, 420 units, 68.1828), and internal cultivation of departments. For manual cleaning, 67.05) for manual plus ultrasonic cleaning, 87 for 14.12) for mechanical cleaning, 518 for 84.10) for high-pressure steam sterilization, 398 for 64.61) for hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilization, 222 for 36.04) for ethylene oxide sterilization. Conclusion the training of precision surgical instrument managers needs to be strengthened, the cleaning method of precision surgical instrument is mainly manual and ultrasonic cleaning, and the sterilization method is pressure steam sterilization. It is suggested that uniform cleaning and sterilization specifications should be made for different precision instruments.
