【摘要】：目的探討在性病門診設(shè)立"悄悄話診室"對(duì)性病患者疾病相關(guān)知識(shí)及性行為的影響。方法在性病門診設(shè)立"悄悄話診室",采用方便抽樣法選取360例性病患者,由7名經(jīng)過(guò)專業(yè)培訓(xùn)并考核合格的專職護(hù)士對(duì)患者進(jìn)行一對(duì)一、面對(duì)面的健康教育和認(rèn)知行為干預(yù)。結(jié)果干預(yù)后患者對(duì)性病相關(guān)知識(shí)、復(fù)發(fā)相關(guān)危險(xiǎn)因素、預(yù)防措施和嚴(yán)重后果等知識(shí)掌握率顯著提高(均P0.001);每次性行為時(shí)使用安全套從干預(yù)前的8.9%提高到干預(yù)后51.9%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.001)。結(jié)論在性病門診開(kāi)設(shè)"悄悄話診室",由護(hù)士對(duì)患者進(jìn)行心理和認(rèn)知行為干預(yù),能幫助性病患者充分認(rèn)識(shí)性病的危害,提高其對(duì)性病防治知識(shí)的掌握程度,有效促進(jìn)其采取安全性行為,提高安全套的使用率,防止性病復(fù)發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the influence of "whispering room" in STD clinic on disease related knowledge and sexual behavior of STD patients. Methods A "whispering room" was set up in STD clinic. 360 STD patients were selected by convenient sampling method. Seven full-time nurses who were trained and qualified to conduct one-to-one, face to face health education and cognitive behavior intervention. Results after intervention, the patients had knowledge about venereal diseases and related risk factors for recurrence. The rate of knowledge acquisition such as preventive measures and serious consequences were significantly improved (all P 0.001), and condom use increased from 8.9% before intervention to 51.9% after intervention, the difference being statistically significant (P 0.001). Conclusion setting up a "whispering room" in STD clinic with nurses intervention in psychological and cognitive behavior can help STD patients fully understand the harm of STDs and improve their knowledge of STD prevention and treatment. Effectively promote its safe sex, improve condom use, and prevent the recurrence of sexually transmitted diseases.
