【摘要】：正病例資料患兒,女,8歲。2個月前患兒家屬無意發(fā)現(xiàn)患兒右腹壁有一腫物,呈進行性增大。查體:右下腹壁可觸及一腫物,大小約8.0cm×6.0cm×5.0cm,高于皮表,局部膚色無明顯改變,質硬,實性,無壓痛,無潰破,邊界不清,活動度差,波動感陰性。超聲檢查:右腹壁處可見一約6.1cm×3.9cm×4.0cm不均勻中低回聲包塊,其內(nèi)可見略強回聲結節(jié)及小無回聲暗區(qū),包塊邊界清晰,內(nèi)部血流信號豐富。提示右腹壁實性包塊。腹部CT檢查:右側腹壁皮下可見不
[Abstract]:The children were 8 years old. 2 months ago, the children's family had no intention to find a tumor in the right abdominal wall of the children, which showed progressive enlargement. Body examination: the right lower abdominal wall can touch a tumor, the size is about 8.0cm 脳 6.0cm 脳 5.0 cm, is higher than the skin surface, the local skin color has no obvious change, the quality is hard, solid, no tenderness, no rupture, the boundary is not clear, the movement degree is poor, the fluctuation feeling is negative. Ultrasonic examination showed that there was an 6.1cm 脳 3.9cm 脳 4.0cm heterogenous middle and low echo mass at the right abdominal wall, with slightly more echoic nodules and small non-echoic dark areas. The margin of the mass was clear and the internal blood flow signal was abundant. It is suggested that the right abdominal wall solid mass.
