【摘要】：目的探討路徑管理在骨科患者圍術(shù)期呼吸道醫(yī)院感染預(yù)防中的作用。方法選取2015年7月-2016年6月1 467例骨科住院手術(shù)患者為觀察組,實(shí)施路徑管理,同時選取2014年7月-2015年6月1 534例骨科住院手術(shù)患者為對照組,實(shí)施常規(guī)照護(hù),比較兩組患者的呼吸道感染率、住院天數(shù)、住院費(fèi)用、健康知識知曉率及滿意度。結(jié)果觀察組的呼吸道感染率、平均住院天數(shù)均低于對照組,健康知識知曉率及滿意度均高于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);觀察組的平均醫(yī)療費(fèi)用雖低于對照組,但差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論路徑管理能有效降低骨科患者圍術(shù)期呼吸道感染率,縮短住院天數(shù),節(jié)約醫(yī)療費(fèi)用,提高患者的健康知識知曉率和滿意度,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the role of path management in the prevention of respiratory tract nosocomial infection in the perioperative period of Department of orthopedics. Methods 1467 patients who were hospitalized in Department of orthopedics in July 2015, -2016 years, were selected as the observation group, and the path management was carried out. At the same time, 1534 cases of hospitalized patients in June July 2014 were selected as the control group, and the routine care was carried out, and the two groups were compared. The respiratory infection rate of the patients, the days of hospitalization, the hospitalization expenses, the awareness of health knowledge and satisfaction. Results the rate of respiratory infection in the observation group and the average days of hospitalization were lower than those of the control group. The awareness rate and satisfaction of health knowledge were higher than those in the control group (P0.05); the average medical cost of the observation group was lower than the control group, but the average medical cost in the observation group was lower than the control group, but the average medical cost of the observation group was lower than the control group, but the average medical cost of the observation group was lower than the control group, but the average medical cost of the observation group was lower than the control group, but the average medical cost of the observation group was lower than the control group, but the average medical cost of the observation group was lower than the control group, but the average medical cost of the observation group was lower than the control group, but the average medical cost of the The difference is not statistically significant.
