甲狀腺乳頭狀癌的高頻超聲診斷價(jià)值

【摘要】:目的:探討高頻超聲在甲狀腺乳頭狀癌(PTC)診斷中的臨床價(jià)值。方法:回顧性分析27例PTC術(shù)前二維聲像圖及彩色多普勒血流顯像(CDFI)與術(shù)后病理結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較,分析病灶形態(tài)、邊界、內(nèi)部回聲、鈣化、聲暈、內(nèi)部血流與頸部淋巴結(jié)腫大等高頻超聲特征。結(jié)果:本組27例PTC中16例形態(tài)不規(guī)則、邊界不清17例、22例縱橫比≥1、以實(shí)性低回聲為主20例、出現(xiàn)微鈣化18例、周邊無(wú)聲暈19例及內(nèi)部血流豐富7例、頸部淋巴結(jié)腫大2例。結(jié)論:高頻超聲在PTC的診斷中具有較高的臨床價(jià)值,可為甲狀腺癌的診斷與治療提供重要的參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical value of high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid papillary carcinoma (PTC). Methods: 27 cases of PTC were analyzed retrospectively by comparing the results of two dimensional sonography and color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) before and after operation, and analyzing the shape, boundary, internal echo, calcification and corona of the lesions. High frequency ultrasound features such as internal blood flow and cervical lymphadenopathy.
