慢性阻塞性肺疾病護(hù)理門診的建立及管理

【摘要】:為改善COPD患者的生活質(zhì)量、提高患者的滿意度和專科護(hù)士工作的積極性。2011年我院建立了COPD護(hù)理門診,選擇2名工作15年以上、具有豐富臨床經(jīng)驗(yàn)和較強(qiáng)的溝通能力的副主任護(hù)師負(fù)責(zé)COPD護(hù)理門診,主要針對(duì)出院后COPD穩(wěn)定期和門診收治的無需住院治療的各級(jí)COPD患者開展護(hù)理評(píng)估、個(gè)性化的肺康復(fù)計(jì)劃制訂、健康指導(dǎo)、長期追蹤隨訪等活動(dòng)。通過門診調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),患者對(duì)生活質(zhì)量改善的滿意度達(dá)96%,對(duì)護(hù)理服務(wù)質(zhì)量的滿意度達(dá)98%。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the quality of life of patients with COPD, improve the satisfaction of patients and the enthusiasm of specialized nurses, we established the COPD nursing outpatient service in 2011, and selected 2 patients to work for more than 15 years. The Deputy Director Nurse with rich clinical experience and strong communication ability was in charge of the COPD nursing outpatient service, which was mainly aimed at the nursing evaluation of COPD patients at all levels who did not need inpatient treatment during the stable period of COPD after discharge and the outpatient treatment. Personalized lung rehabilitation planning, health guidance, long-term follow-up and other activities. The outpatient survey showed that the patients' satisfaction with the improvement of quality of life was 96%, and the satisfaction with the quality of nursing service was 98%.
