人體核心溫度的測(cè)量方法研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:體溫是人體四大生命體征之一,成為人們判斷人體健康與否的重要依據(jù);保持恒定的體溫,是保證新陳代謝和生命活動(dòng)正常進(jìn)行的必要條件。所以,人體溫度是反映身體健康狀況的晴雨表,有效地監(jiān)測(cè)人體體溫成為一個(gè)重要的話題。臨床上所指的體溫是指平均核心溫度。在人們?nèi)粘I钪?一般測(cè)量的是腋下、口腔和額頭的溫度,這些溫度嚴(yán)格的意義上說(shuō)的是體表溫度,本身與核心溫度存在一定的誤差,況且又受周圍環(huán)境、個(gè)人著裝等多方面因素的干擾,所以并不能準(zhǔn)確地代表人體核心體溫。而人體核心溫度才真正地和人類的新陳代謝更加關(guān)系緊密,所以急需一種高效、快捷的方法來(lái)實(shí)時(shí)地監(jiān)測(cè)人體核心溫度。針對(duì)該問(wèn)題,分析總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外核心溫度監(jiān)測(cè)的研究現(xiàn)狀,可以分為兩大類:一是直接測(cè)量溫度數(shù)據(jù),在忽略一定誤差的情況下,近似地以人體某一部位溫度來(lái)代替人體核心溫度;二是間接估算法,利用人體體表溫度或者心率等一些生理數(shù)據(jù),通過(guò)建模計(jì)算分析,推算出人體內(nèi)部的實(shí)際溫度。分析各方法的精確度,比較各方法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),并給出相應(yīng)的結(jié)論。最后,預(yù)測(cè)核心溫度監(jiān)測(cè)方法將來(lái)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Body temperature is one of the four vital signs of human body, which becomes an important basis for people to judge the health of human body, and maintaining a constant body temperature is a necessary condition to ensure the normal progress of metabolism and life activities. Therefore, human body temperature is a barometer reflecting the health of the body, and effective monitoring of body temperature has become an important topic. Clinically, the body temperature is the mean core temperature. In our daily life, we usually measure the temperature of the armpit, mouth and forehead, which in the strict sense is the surface temperature, and there is a certain error between itself and the core temperature, and it is also affected by the surrounding environment. Personal clothing and other factors interference, so can not accurately represent the core body temperature. However, the core temperature of human body is more closely related to human metabolism, so it is urgent to use an efficient and fast method to monitor human core temperature in real time. In order to solve this problem, the research status of core temperature monitoring at home and abroad is analyzed and summarized, which can be divided into two categories: one is direct measurement of temperature data, while ignoring certain errors, The core temperature of human body is approximately replaced by the temperature of a certain part of the human body, and the actual temperature of human body is calculated by using some physiological data, such as body surface temperature or heart rate, using indirect estimation method. The accuracy of each method is analyzed, the advantages and disadvantages of each method are compared, and the corresponding conclusions are given. Finally, the development trend of core temperature monitoring method in the future is predicted.
