【摘要】：目的:分析國內(nèi)自我藥療的研究,明確目前的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,為進(jìn)一步研究提供參考。方法:檢索中國期刊網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)庫、萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫、維普數(shù)據(jù)庫、中國生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫中自我藥療研究的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),利用Note Express 2.0和Excel軟件對文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)計量學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:共納入161篇文獻(xiàn),相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的發(fā)文量大體呈現(xiàn)逐年上升趨勢;湖北、江蘇兩地區(qū)發(fā)文較多,共33篇,占總發(fā)文量的20.50%;收錄文獻(xiàn)較多的期刊是《中國藥房》《醫(yī)學(xué)與社會》和《藥物流行病學(xué)雜志》,3種期刊共收錄文獻(xiàn)22篇,占總文獻(xiàn)數(shù)13.67%;文獻(xiàn)類型主要為調(diào)查研究類和經(jīng)驗(yàn)探討類,共118篇,占總發(fā)文量的73.29%;文獻(xiàn)合作度為2.37;有28篇文獻(xiàn)獲得資金資助。同時國內(nèi)研究反映出當(dāng)前我國居民自我藥療的現(xiàn)狀,自我藥療既能夠給居民帶來便利,減輕醫(yī)療系統(tǒng)負(fù)擔(dān),也會帶來一系列安全隱患。結(jié)論:自我藥療現(xiàn)象具有兩面性,并且逐漸受到研究者關(guān)注,但國內(nèi)總體文獻(xiàn)的證據(jù)級別較低。研究者應(yīng)加強(qiáng)機(jī)構(gòu)間的合作,開展實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,以促進(jìn)自我藥療研究的深入發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the research on self medication in China, to clarify the current status and existing problems, and to provide reference for further research. Methods: retrieval of relevant literature on the study of self pharmacotherapy in Chinese Journal Network database, Wanfang database, VP database and Chinese biomedical literature database, using Note Express 2 and Excel software to document the literature. Results: bibliometrics analysis. Results: a total of 161 documents were included, and the amount of documents in the related literature was generally rising year by year; there were more articles in two regions in Hubei and Jiangsu, which accounted for 33, accounting for 20.50% of the total number of documents; the periodicals that included more literature were "Chinese pharmacy > < medicine and society > and the Journal of pharmacology >, and 3 periodicals included literature 22. The total number of documents is 13.67%. The literature types are mainly investigation and empirical study, 118 articles, accounting for 73.29% of the total amount of document, the degree of literature cooperation is 2.37, and there are 28 documents to obtain funds. Meanwhile, domestic research reflects the current status of Chinese residents' self medication, and self medication can bring convenience to the residents and reduce the medical department. Conclusion: the phenomenon of self medication has two sides, and it is gradually concerned by the researchers, but the level of evidence in the domestic literature is low. The researchers should strengthen the cooperation between institutions and carry out experimental research in order to promote the development of self medication research.
