胸痛中心?谱o(hù)士崗位勝任力培訓(xùn)大綱的構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:目的了解胸痛中心?谱o(hù)士崗位勝任力的現(xiàn)狀及影響因素,根據(jù)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查結(jié)果構(gòu)建胸痛中心?谱o(hù)士崗位勝任力培訓(xùn)大綱,為胸痛中心?谱o(hù)士在職培訓(xùn)提供有價(jià)值的參考依據(jù)。方法在查閱文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,采用目的抽樣法,對鄭州市15名胸痛中心的醫(yī)護(hù)人員進(jìn)行半結(jié)構(gòu)訪談,并對訪談資料進(jìn)行整理分析,完成培訓(xùn)大綱初稿;采用便利抽樣法選取鄭州市開展胸痛中心的的4家醫(yī)院胸痛中心?谱o(hù)士進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,對問卷調(diào)查資料進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,采用t/F檢驗(yàn)和多重線性回歸法分析?谱o(hù)士各項(xiàng)能力的影響因素;采用專家小組會(huì)議法,邀請14名具有代表意義的護(hù)理專家對培訓(xùn)大綱初稿進(jìn)行論證,依據(jù)專家意見進(jìn)一步修訂胸痛中心?谱o(hù)士崗位勝任力培訓(xùn)大綱。結(jié)果1.胸痛中心?谱o(hù)士崗位勝任力綜合能力總均分111.48±24.51分,由高到低核心能力各維度的順序?yàn)?專業(yè)技能、管理能力、專業(yè)態(tài)度、專業(yè)知識、評判性思維能力、自我發(fā)展能力。2.對胸痛中心?谱o(hù)士崗位勝任力的影響因素進(jìn)行t/F檢驗(yàn)得知:醫(yī)院等級、所在科室、第一學(xué)歷、最高學(xué)歷、職稱和工作年限對崗位勝任力綜合能力得分差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。3.以胸痛中心?谱o(hù)士各項(xiàng)能力為因變量,相關(guān)的醫(yī)院等級、性別、年齡等13個(gè)因素為自變量,采用逐步回歸法,進(jìn)行多重線性回歸分析發(fā)現(xiàn):胸痛中心?谱o(hù)士綜合能力的影響因素是醫(yī)院等級、職稱、工作年限、最高學(xué)歷;專業(yè)知識的影響因素是醫(yī)院等級、職稱、工作年限、最高學(xué)歷;專業(yè)技能的影響因素是職稱、工作年限、最高學(xué)歷;專業(yè)態(tài)度的影響因素是職稱、工作年限、最高學(xué)歷、所在科室;評判思維的影響因素是醫(yī)院等級、職稱、工作年限、最高學(xué)歷;管理能力的影響因素是職稱、工作年限、最高學(xué)歷、所在科室;自我發(fā)展能力的影響因素是醫(yī)院等級、職稱、工作年限、第一學(xué)歷、最高學(xué)歷。4.通過專家小組討論法,最終修訂了初期構(gòu)建的胸痛中心?谱o(hù)士崗位勝任力培訓(xùn)大綱,共包括5大項(xiàng)、18小項(xiàng)、60個(gè)具體培訓(xùn)目標(biāo)、培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容、培訓(xùn)方式、148個(gè)培訓(xùn)學(xué)時(shí);其中26項(xiàng)核心培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容,75個(gè)培訓(xùn)學(xué)時(shí)。結(jié)論1.胸痛中心?谱o(hù)士崗位勝任力中自我發(fā)展能力水平、評判性思維能力、專業(yè)知識較低,需進(jìn)一步提高。2.胸痛中心?谱o(hù)士各項(xiàng)能力的影響因素有醫(yī)院等級、所在科室、第一學(xué)歷、最高學(xué)歷、職稱、工作年限,應(yīng)依據(jù)影響因素制定出符合崗位特點(diǎn)的培訓(xùn)大綱,并進(jìn)行有針對性的培訓(xùn)。3.本研究所構(gòu)建的胸痛中心?谱o(hù)士的培訓(xùn)大綱,具有一定的實(shí)用性、科學(xué)性,符合教育學(xué)原理,能夠?yàn)樾赝粗行膶?谱o(hù)士培訓(xùn)提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the status quo and influencing factors of post competence of special nurses in chest pain center, and to construct the training outline of post competence of special nurses in chest pain center according to the results of investigation. To provide valuable reference for the on-the-job training of specialist nurses in chest pain center. Methods on the basis of literature review, 15 medical staff of chest pain center in Zhengzhou were interviewed by the method of objective sampling, and the interview materials were collected and analyzed to complete the first draft of the training outline. The convenient sampling method was used to select the chest pain center nurses of 4 hospitals in Zhengzhou City to carry on the questionnaire survey, and to carry on the statistical analysis to the questionnaire survey data. T / F test and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of the professional nurses' abilities, and 14 representative nursing experts were invited to demonstrate the first draft of the training syllabus by using the expert group meeting method. According to the expert opinion, we further revise the training outline of the post competence of the specialist nurses in the chest pain Center. Result 1. The total average score of competence in chest pain center was 111.48 鹵24.51. The order of each dimension from high to low core competence was: professional skill, management ability, professional attitude, professional knowledge, critical thinking ability, self-development ability. T / F test on the influencing factors of post competence of specialized nurses in chest pain center showed that there were significant differences in the comprehensive scores of post competence between hospital grade, department of hospital, first academic degree, highest educational background, professional title and working years. Taking the ability of special nurses in chest pain center as dependent variable and 13 related factors such as hospital grade, sex and age as independent variables, the stepwise regression method was used. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of the comprehensive ability of nurses in chest pain center were hospital grade, professional title, working years and the highest degree, and the influencing factors of professional knowledge were hospital grade, professional title, working years and the highest degree. The influencing factors of professional skill are professional title, working years, highest education; professional attitude influence factors are professional title, working years, highest educational background, department, the influencing factors of judgment thinking are hospital grade, professional title, working years, The influencing factors of management ability are professional title, working years, highest academic record, department; the influencing factors of self-development ability are hospital grade, professional title, working years, first academic background, highest educational background. 4. Through the method of expert group discussion, the training outline of the post competence of specialist nurses in chest pain center was revised, which included 5 major items, 18 items, 60 specific training objectives, training contents, training methods and 148 training hours. Among them 26 core training content, 75 training hours. Conclusion 1. The level of self-development ability, critical thinking ability and professional knowledge in the post competence of specialized nurses in chest pain center need to be further improved. The influencing factors of the ability of specialist nurses in chest pain center include hospital grade, department, first degree, highest education, professional title, working years. The training outline should be made according to the characteristics of the post according to the influencing factors. And carry out targeted training. The training outline of specialized nurses in chest pain center is practical, scientific and in accordance with the principle of pedagogy. It can provide a certain reference for the training of special nurses in chest pain center.
