運用網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺進行健康教育對CKD1-2期患者生存質(zhì)量的影響

【摘要】:目的:通過調(diào)查遼寧省中醫(yī)院腎內(nèi)科馬曉燕教授門診患者的生存質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀,評價運用網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺進行健康教育對改善慢性腎臟病1-2期患者生存質(zhì)量的積極影響;通過對患者提出的問題進行分析整理,為慢性腎臟病患者制定宣講策略,以增強患者對相關(guān)知識的了解。方法:通過腎臟疾病生存質(zhì)量簡表(KDQOL-SFTM)評價馬曉燕教授門診患者的生存質(zhì)量。將已經(jīng)完成第一次問卷調(diào)查的63例患者隨機分為實驗和對照兩組,實驗組除了中醫(yī)辨證治療外,接受健康教育;對照組僅中醫(yī)辨證治療,追蹤隨訪15個月后,對兩組進行第二次問卷調(diào)查。對調(diào)查結(jié)果進行評分,采用SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計軟件完成數(shù)據(jù)分析;通過在QQ群中為患者解答問題,對其問題進行整理分析,了解患者所關(guān)注的問題,并結(jié)合臨床治療指南及國外多學科團隊宣講策略,進行針對性宣教。結(jié)果:KDQOL-SFTM研究結(jié)果顯示,與治療前比較,實施中醫(yī)常規(guī)治療結(jié)合健康教育的慢性腎臟病1-2期實驗組患者生存質(zhì)量有明顯的提高。與對照組比較,實驗組在心理健康綜合評價、精力狀況、情感職能、精神健康、腎臟病給生活帶來負擔、認知功能、社交質(zhì)量、睡眠、總體健康評估維度評分方面具有明顯優(yōu)勢,有統(tǒng)計學意義;QQ群問題整理分析顯示,患者在“感冒”、“飲食”、“化驗檢查”、“各種腎臟疾病診治方法”、“生活方式”及“焦慮抑郁情緒”等方面存在疑問或困擾。結(jié)論:中醫(yī)辨證治療結(jié)合運用網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺進行健康教育,對慢性腎臟病1-2期患者的生存質(zhì)量具有積極影響;《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》理論與生存質(zhì)量有天然的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,是健康教育重要理論依據(jù);通過對QQ群中患者提出的問題進行整理分析,患者在“感冒”、“飲食”、“化驗檢查”、“各種腎臟疾病診治方法”、“焦慮抑郁情緒”、“生活方式”等方面存在疑問或困擾,由此進行重點宣教,以利于CKD的康復(fù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the quality of life (QOL) of outpatients of Professor Ma Xiaoyan in Department of Renal Medicine of Liaoning Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and to evaluate the positive effect of health education on improving the quality of life of patients with chronic kidney disease (CHD) in 1-2 stages. By analyzing and sorting out the questions raised by the patients, we can make a propaganda strategy for the patients with chronic kidney disease, so as to enhance their understanding of the relevant knowledge. Methods: the quality of life (QOL) of Professor Ma Xiaoyan outpatients was evaluated by KDQOL-SFTM. Sixty-three patients who had completed the first questionnaire were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. The experimental group received health education in addition to TCM syndrome differentiation treatment, while the control group was treated only with TCM syndrome differentiation and followed up for 15 months. A second questionnaire survey was conducted between the two groups. Score the results of the survey, use the SPSS17.0 statistical software to complete the data analysis, through the QQ group for patients to answer questions, analyze their problems, understand the patient's concerns, Combined with clinical treatment guidelines and foreign multi-disciplinary team propaganda strategy, targeted education. Results the results of the study showed that compared with before treatment, the quality of life of the patients with chronic kidney disease in the 1-2 stage of chronic kidney disease treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with health education was significantly improved. Conclusion: the combination of TCM syndrome differentiation and network platform for health education has a positive effect on the quality of life of patients with chronic kidney disease of stage 1-2, and the theory of Huangdi Nei Jing has a natural internal relationship with the quality of life. It is an important theoretical basis for health education. Through the analysis of the questions raised by the patients in QQ group, the patients are found to have a cold, diet, laboratory examination, methods of diagnosis and treatment of various kidney diseases, and anxiety and depression. "lifestyle" and other aspects of doubt or trouble, so focus on education, in order to facilitate the rehabilitation of CKD.
