【摘要】：正隨著高等教育的蓬勃發(fā)展,高校畢業(yè)生規(guī)模不斷增大與市場所需技能型人才不足的矛盾日益凸顯;同時隨著地方本科院校向技術型高校轉(zhuǎn)型的推進,培養(yǎng)適應崗位需求的護理人才逐漸成為普通醫(yī)學院校的重要任務�！督逃筷P于深化職業(yè)教育教學改革全面提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的若干意見》提出,要推動專
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of higher education, the contradiction between the increasing scale of college graduates and the shortage of skilled talents in the market is becoming increasingly prominent. At the same time, with the transformation of local colleges and universities to technical colleges and universities, it has gradually become an important task for the general medical colleges to cultivate the nursing talents adapted to the needs of the posts. Several suggestions on improving the quality of talent training in vocational education reform are put forward.
