【摘要】:正腦卒中后有40%的患者存在下肢步行功能障礙,這嚴(yán)重影響了患者日常生活功能。盡早恢復(fù)步行能力,對(duì)于緩解經(jīng)濟(jì)壓力、早日重返家庭和社會(huì)生活都具有重要意義;顒(dòng)平板訓(xùn)練能夠改善腦卒中患者的步行能力,增強(qiáng)下肢控制能力,強(qiáng)化正確行走模式[1]。虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)利用計(jì)算機(jī)仿真系統(tǒng)和人機(jī)接口技術(shù)使患者置身于模擬環(huán)境中完成訓(xùn)練,將所學(xué)技能運(yùn)用到現(xiàn)實(shí)環(huán)境中,實(shí)現(xiàn)功能康復(fù)[2];诖,本研究在活動(dòng)平板訓(xùn)練的基礎(chǔ)上配置虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù),探討其對(duì)腦卒
[Abstract]:After stroke, 40% of the patients had lower limb walking dysfunction, which seriously affected the patients' daily life function. Restoring walking ability as soon as possible is of great significance for relieving economic pressure and returning to family and social life as soon as possible. Treadmill training can improve the walking ability of stroke patients, enhance the ability of lower limb control, and strengthen the correct walking mode [1]. Virtual reality technology uses computer simulation system and man-machine interface technology to make patients in the simulation environment to complete the training, to use the skills learned in the real environment, to achieve functional rehabilitation [2]. Based on this, virtual reality technology is configured on the basis of treadmill training, and its effect on stroke is discussed.
