【摘要】：目的探究護(hù)理干預(yù)對肝癌介入術(shù)后患者并發(fā)癥及生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法選擇2015年8月至2016年8月鄭州大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院收治的42例肝癌介入術(shù)患者,分為觀察組和對照組,各21例。對照組患者采用常規(guī)護(hù)理,觀察組患者采用護(hù)理干預(yù),并且加強(qiáng)并發(fā)癥的預(yù)防力度。治療后,對比兩組患者的治療總有效率、并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率(尿潴留、肝功能衰竭、局部出血)以及生活質(zhì)量。結(jié)果觀察組患者的治療總有效率(95.24%)、并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率(4.76%)優(yōu)于對照組的治療總有效率(66.67%)、并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率(38.10%)。觀察組患者生活質(zhì)量評分高于對照組(除物質(zhì)生活外),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論護(hù)理干預(yù)能夠有效改善肝癌介入術(shù)后患者并發(fā)癥及生活質(zhì)量,值得在臨床中推廣和應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of nursing intervention on complications and quality of life of patients with liver cancer after interventional operation. Methods from August 2015 to August 2016, 42 patients with liver cancer treated in the first affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were divided into observation group and control group, 21 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing, the patients in the observation group were treated with nursing intervention, and the prevention of complications was strengthened. After treatment, the total effective rate, incidence of complications (urinary retention, liver failure, local hemorrhage) and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.24 and the incidence of complications was 4.76) which was better than that of the control group in the total effective rate of 66.67, and the complication rate was 38.1010. The quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively improve the complications and quality of life of patients with liver cancer after interventional operation, which is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
