【摘要】：目的對導(dǎo)致持續(xù)非臥床腹膜透析(CAPD)患者運(yùn)動能力減退的影響因素進(jìn)行路徑分析。方法采用6 min步行試驗(yàn)(6MWT)、30 s起試驗(yàn)(CST)、自我管理量表和醫(yī)院焦慮抑郁量表(HADS)對168例CAPD患者進(jìn)行測評,分析影響CAPD患者運(yùn)動能力減退的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素。采用Amos7.0軟件進(jìn)行路徑分析。結(jié)果 CAPD患者6MWD中位數(shù)為421(345,478)m。Logistic回歸分析示,下肢肌力、自我管理水平和抑郁是CAPD患者運(yùn)動能力減退的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素。下肢肌力和自我管理水平對運(yùn)動能力有直接正效應(yīng),也是抑郁對運(yùn)動能力產(chǎn)生間接負(fù)效應(yīng)的中介變量。結(jié)論 CAPD患者運(yùn)動能力中等,其受到下肢肌力、自我管理水平和抑郁的直接、間接影響。護(hù)士可從各環(huán)節(jié)制定干預(yù)措施,以改善其運(yùn)動能力狀況。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the influencing factors of motor dysfunction in patients with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD). Methods Sixty-eight patients with CAPD were assessed with 6 min walking test (6 MWT), self-management scale and hospital anxiety and depression scale (HADS) for 30 s. The independent risk factors affecting motor dysfunction in CAPD patients were analyzed. Amos7.0 software is used for path analysis. Results 421(345478)m.Logistic regression analysis showed that lower limb muscle strength, self-management and depression were independent risk factors for motor dysfunction in patients with CAPD. Lower limb muscle strength and self-management level have direct positive effect on motor ability, and are also mediating variables of depression to produce indirect negative effect on motor ability. Conclusion the motor ability of CAPD patients is moderate, which is directly and indirectly affected by lower limb muscle strength, self-management and depression. Nurses can make intervention measures to improve their athletic ability.
