【摘要】：目的:了解護(hù)理人員對(duì)電子病歷隱私保護(hù)的認(rèn)知及其影響因素,為規(guī)范護(hù)理人員對(duì)電子病歷隱私保護(hù)行為提供依據(jù)。方法:選取成都某三級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院護(hù)理人員為調(diào)查對(duì)象,采用自制問卷對(duì)230名護(hù)理人員進(jìn)行調(diào)查,內(nèi)容包括電子病歷的法律法規(guī)、技術(shù)環(huán)節(jié)、使用環(huán)節(jié)、查閱環(huán)節(jié)4個(gè)方面。結(jié)果:總體認(rèn)知率為53.84%。不同學(xué)歷、職稱、工作年限的護(hù)理人員對(duì)電子病歷隱私保護(hù)的認(rèn)知有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05),不同類別科室的護(hù)理人員對(duì)電子病歷隱私保護(hù)的認(rèn)知無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:完善的法律法規(guī)是護(hù)理人員對(duì)電子病歷隱私保護(hù)的行為依據(jù),定期培訓(xùn)是護(hù)理人員對(duì)電子病歷隱私保護(hù)的行為基礎(chǔ),科學(xué)監(jiān)管是護(hù)理人員對(duì)電子病歷隱私保護(hù)行為提升的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the nursing staff's cognition of electronic medical record privacy protection and its influencing factors, and to provide the basis for standardizing nursing staff's behavior of electronic medical record privacy protection. Methods: a self-made questionnaire was used to investigate 230 nursing staff in a certain Grade 3A hospital in Chengdu. The contents included the laws and regulations of electronic medical records, the technical links, the use links, and the consultation links. Results: the overall cognitive rate was 53.84. There was significant difference in the cognition of the privacy protection of electronic medical records among nurses with different degrees, titles and working years (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference in the cognition of the privacy protection of electronic medical records (P 0.05) among the nurses in different departments. Conclusion: perfect laws and regulations are the basis of nursing staff's privacy protection of electronic medical records, and regular training is the basis of nursing staff's privacy protection of electronic medical records. Scientific supervision is the key link for nursing personnel to enhance their privacy protection behavior of electronic medical records.
