【摘要】：目的探討實施延續(xù)性護(hù)理對老年哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病重疊綜合征(ACOS)患者生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法選取ACOS患者72例,分為觀察組和對照組,每組36例,對照組出院2周內(nèi)做1次電話隨訪,進(jìn)行常規(guī)藥物指導(dǎo)、飲食及運動指導(dǎo)等;觀察組根據(jù)患者民族不同,進(jìn)行電話定人跟蹤隨訪,同時每月進(jìn)行1次集中授課,觀察患者的生活質(zhì)量、焦慮、抑郁評分及1年內(nèi)再入院率,隨訪時間為6個月。結(jié)果觀察組3個月癥狀評分均低于對照組(P0.05),活動受限評分及疾病影響評分觀察組明顯低于對照組(P0.01),觀察組6個月癥狀評分均明顯低于對照組(P0.01),活動受限評分及疾病影響評分觀察組低于對照組(P0.05)。兩組出院前后心理狀態(tài)評分比較,觀察組在焦慮、抑郁狀態(tài)的改善方面,其效果優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05);兩組1年內(nèi)再住院率比較:觀察組1年內(nèi)再住院2例(5.6%),對照組再住院9例(25.0%),觀察組再住院率低于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論延續(xù)性護(hù)理有利于提高患者的生活質(zhì)量,改善患者癥狀、提高用藥依從性及正確性,改善心理狀態(tài),減少再入院率,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of continuous nursing on quality of life of elderly patients with asthmatic-chronic obstructive pulmonary disease overlap syndrome (ACOS). Methods Seventy-two patients with ACOS were divided into observation group (n = 36) and control group (n = 36). The patients were followed up by telephone follow-up and centralized teaching once a month to observe the quality of life, anxiety, depression score and readmission rate within one year. The follow-up time was 6 months. Results the symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group in 3 months, the activity limitation score and the disease impact score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the symptom score in the observation group at 6 months was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the activity limitation score and disease score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The disease impact score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). The scores of mental state before and after discharge were compared between the two groups, and the improvement of anxiety and depression in the observation group, The effect was better than that of the control group (P 0.05), and the rate of rehospitalization in the two groups was lower than that in the control group (P 0.05): 2 cases in the observation group were hospitalized within one year, 9 cases in the control group were in the hospital again, and the rate of rehospitalization in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion continuous nursing is beneficial to improve the quality of life, improve the symptoms, improve the compliance and correctness of drug use, improve the psychological state and reduce the readmission rate, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
