【摘要】：目的:開發(fā)一組新的聽覺Oddball范式,通過事件相關(guān)電位觀察其在健康受試者中的腦加工反應(yīng)。方法:社會招募健康志愿者15名(男8名,女7名,平均年齡40±9歲),分別進(jìn)行純音-正名(TS),其他名字-正名(OS)和反名-正名(RS)三組難度依次增大的聽覺Oddball范式的事件相關(guān)電位檢查,分析比較各組MMN和P300潛伏期和波幅的差異。結(jié)果:三組實驗范式在所有健康志愿者中均誘發(fā)得到失匹配負(fù)波(mismatch negativity,MMN)和P300,TS組MMN和P300的潛伏期最短,OS組次之,RS組最長(P0.05),但OS組和RS組統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析無顯著性差異(P0.05);MMN的波幅TS組最大,OS組次之,RS組最小(P0.05),但OS組和RS組統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析無顯著性差異(P0.05);各組之間P300波幅比較未發(fā)現(xiàn)顯著性差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:三組聽覺Oddball實驗范式有一定的區(qū)分難度,有望進(jìn)一步應(yīng)用于植物狀態(tài)/無反應(yīng)覺醒綜合征患者和最小意識狀態(tài)患者的鑒別診斷和預(yù)后預(yù)測。
[Abstract]:Objective: to develop a new group of auditory Oddball paradigms to observe the brain processing response in healthy subjects through the event related potential. Methods: 15 healthy volunteers (8 men, 7 women, 40 + 9 years old) were recruited from the society, and the pure tone positive name (TS), the other names (OS) and the anti name positive name (RS) three groups were increased in order of difficulty. The difference between the latency and amplitude of MMN and P300 in each group was analyzed and compared with the event related potential test of Oddball paradigm. Results: the three groups of experimental paradigms induced the mismatched negative wave (mismatch negativity, MMN) and P300 in all healthy volunteers. The latency of MMN and P300 in TS group was the shortest. There was no significant difference in the study analysis (P0.05), the largest of the MMN group TS group, the OS group and the RS group (P0.05), but there was no significant difference between the OS group and the RS group (P0.05). The P300 wave amplitude between the groups did not find a significant difference (P0.05). Conclusion: the three groups of auditory perception Oddball experimental paradigms are difficult to distinguish, and are expected to be further applied. Differential diagnosis and prognosis prediction of patients with vegetative state / non response waking syndrome and minimally conscious patients.
