【摘要】：正患者女,66歲,因"反復(fù)頭痛1月余,發(fā)熱9天"入院�；颊哂�1個(gè)月前出現(xiàn)劇烈頭痛,主要位于右側(cè)頭頂及顳部,呈針刺樣疼痛,伴右眼脹痛,最高體溫達(dá)39℃,且頭痛癥狀持續(xù)存在。既往有高血壓、糖尿病病史。神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)查體未見(jiàn)陽(yáng)性定位體征。實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查:C-反應(yīng)蛋白21.30mg/L;腦脊液檢查:腦脊液為均勻淡紅色,腦脊液白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)50×106/L、紅細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)10×106/L;腦脊液葡萄糖7.41 mmol/L、氯116.5 mmol/L、蛋白51.4mg/dl;腦脊液壓力、腺苷脫氨酶、乳膠凝集試驗(yàn)、抗酸染色、改良抗酸染色、墨汁染色、腦脊液找癌細(xì)胞等均為正常。CT
