【摘要】：目的了解醫(yī)院早產(chǎn)兒血培養(yǎng)的菌株分布及耐藥性,為指導(dǎo)臨床合理應(yīng)用抗菌藥物提供客觀依據(jù)。方法對(duì)2010年1月-2015年12月225例早產(chǎn)兒血培養(yǎng)結(jié)果采用WHONET5.6進(jìn)行菌株和藥物敏感性分析,數(shù)據(jù)用Excel進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)處理。結(jié)果共采集標(biāo)本225份,檢出病原菌225株,其中革蘭陰性菌108株占48.0%,革蘭陽(yáng)性菌99株占44.0%,真菌18株占8.0%;藥敏結(jié)果顯示革蘭陰性菌對(duì)碳青霉烯類抗菌藥物均敏感;革蘭陽(yáng)性菌中凝固酶陰性葡萄球菌屬對(duì)青霉素、氨芐西林耐藥率為97.5%,金黃色葡萄球菌對(duì)青霉素、氨芐西林耐藥率為100.0%,對(duì)萬古霉素、利奈唑胺敏感率為100.0%。結(jié)論合理選擇抗菌藥物,可減少耐藥菌株的產(chǎn)生,提高治愈率并控制交叉感染。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the distribution and drug resistance of blood culture strains of premature infants in hospital, and to provide objective basis for rational clinical application of antibiotics. Methods from January 2010 to December 2015, the blood culture results of 225 premature infants were analyzed by WHONET5.6 and drug sensitivity, and the data were analyzed by Excel. Results 225 samples were collected and 225 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected, of which 108 strains were Gram-negative bacteria (48.0%), 99 Gram-positive bacteria (44.0 strains) and 18 fungi strains (8.0%). In Gram-positive bacteria, coagulase negative staphylococcus belongs to penicillin, ampicillin resistant rate is 97.50.Staphylococcus aureus is resistant to penicillin, ampicillin resistance rate is 100.00.The sensitivity to vancomycin and linazolamine is 100.0. Conclusion rational selection of antimicrobial agents can reduce the production of drug-resistant strains, improve the cure rate and control cross infection.
