【摘要】：目的探討以家庭為中心的教育干預(yù)在系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡患兒父母中的應(yīng)用效果。方法選取北京市某三級甲等醫(yī)院兒科病房確診為系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡的患兒父母為研究對象,按入院時間先后順序分組,2014年10月—2015年1月入院患兒的父母30名為對照組,2015年2—6月入院患兒的父母30名為觀察組。對照組給予患兒父母常規(guī)健康宣教,觀察組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上,給予以家庭為中心的教育干預(yù)。評估2組患兒父母的疾病知識、疾病管理能力及患兒復(fù)診依從性。結(jié)果觀察組患兒父母疾病相關(guān)知識、疾病管理能力均優(yōu)于對照組(F=14.162,P0.001;F=8.015,P=0.017),出院后6個月觀察組患兒復(fù)診依從性高于對照組(χ~2=6.667,P=0.021)。結(jié)論以家庭為中心的教育干預(yù)可提高系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡患兒父母的疾病知識水平,改善患兒父母的疾病管理能力,患兒復(fù)診依從性提高,值得臨床借鑒使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of family-centered educational intervention on parents of children with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods the parents of children with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) in pediatrics ward of Grade 3A Hospital in Beijing were selected as study objects. According to the order of admission time, 30 parents of the children admitted to hospital from October 2014 to January 2015 were the control group, and 30 parents of the children admitted from February to June 2015 were the observation group. The control group was given routine health education, while the observation group was given family-centered education intervention on the basis of the control group. The disease knowledge, disease management ability and follow-up compliance of the two groups were evaluated. Results the disease related knowledge and disease management ability of parents in the observation group were better than those in the control group. The compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 6 months after discharge (蠂 2 = 6.667). Conclusion Family centered education intervention can improve the disease knowledge of parents of children with systemic lupus erythematosus, improve their ability of disease management, and improve their compliance to return diagnosis, which is worthy of clinical reference.
