【摘要】：目的對檢測中遇到的1例ABO正反定型不符的獻血者標本進行血清學和分子生物學鑒定并對其機制進行分析。方法常規(guī)血清學檢測;PCR擴增直接測序和克隆測序分析其單體型。結果血清學結果為B弱;直接測序和克隆測序結果為O01/O05,O01 IVS6-25 AG突變。結論第一次證實了O等位基因血清學可以表現(xiàn)為B型,對其機制仍需深入研究。
[Abstract]:Objective to identify and analyze the mechanism of serological and molecular biological identification of a blood donor whose ABO was not positive or negative.Methods the haplotypes were directly sequenced by PCR and cloned by routine serological analysis.Results the serological results were B weak, and the direct sequencing and cloning sequencing showed that O01 / O05O01 IVS6-25 AG mutation.Conclusion the O allele serology can be shown as B type for the first time, and the mechanism of O allele still needs to be further studied.
