高溫高濕環(huán)境下亞低溫液體用于失血性休克大鼠的復(fù)蘇研究

【摘要】:目的:觀察高溫高濕環(huán)境及創(chuàng)傷失血性休克復(fù)合因素作用下,亞低溫液體靜脈滴注對大鼠核心體溫、血清乳酸值、存活率的影響。了解高溫高濕環(huán)境及失血性休克,這兩種復(fù)合因素作用下亞低溫液體用于復(fù)蘇的效果和保護(hù)作用以提供有效的早期救治手段。方法:采用改良Wigger’s法復(fù)制失血性休克模型,依照輸注的液體溫度隨機(jī)分為亞低溫液體組[液體溫度維持在(12±1.5)℃]、常溫液體組[液體溫度維持在(23±1.5)℃]、假手術(shù)組。各組均暴露在氣象條件為干球溫度(37±0.5)℃,相對濕度(65±5)%的高溫高濕環(huán)境中,暴露時間為180min,每組12只。記錄各組大鼠補(bǔ)液后的存活時間及3小時存活率,比較各組大鼠在補(bǔ)液后30min的血乳酸值,熱暴露開始(0時)至熱暴露后60min,每隔10min記錄大鼠直腸溫度的動態(tài)變化。結(jié)果:(1)亞低溫液體組平均存活時間[(155.50±15.89)min]較常溫液體組平均存活時間[(83.75±20.56)min]明顯延長,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。(2)亞低溫液體組3h存活率為83.3%,常溫液體組3h存活率為33.3%。(3)補(bǔ)液30min后亞低溫液體組乳酸值(2.86±0.63)較常溫液體組(4.48±1.08)低,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,(P=0.001)。(4)開始補(bǔ)液后,亞低溫液體組大鼠直腸溫度趨于穩(wěn)定,常溫液體組仍繼續(xù)上升。結(jié)論:高溫高濕環(huán)境下亞低溫液體用于早期失血性休克大鼠的復(fù)蘇優(yōu)于常溫液體組。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the effects of hyperthermia and high humidity environment and traumatic hemorrhagic shock on core body temperature, serum lactate level and survival rate of rats by intravenous infusion of mild hypothermia liquid.To understand the high temperature and high humidity environment and hemorrhagic shock, the effect and protective effect of mild hypothermia liquid on resuscitation under the action of these two kinds of compound factors were studied in order to provide effective early treatment.Methods: the model of hemorrhagic shock was established by modified Wigger's method.
