【摘要】：睡眠是機體恢復(fù)和調(diào)整的重要生理過程,對學(xué)習(xí)記憶的鞏固、保持免疫活性、促進疾病康復(fù)發(fā)揮重要作用。隨著社會節(jié)奏的加快和社會壓力的增大,睡眠時間減少和睡眠質(zhì)量降低成為現(xiàn)代社會威脅公眾健康的突出問題。國內(nèi)外研究業(yè)已證明慢性睡眠障礙在多種軀體疾病的發(fā)生發(fā)展過程中起重要作用,涉及到心血管、神經(jīng)、內(nèi)分泌、消化、呼吸、皮膚等多個系統(tǒng)疾病,如原發(fā)性高血壓、腦血管病、糖尿病、腸易激綜合征、哮喘等;同時很多軀體疾病伴發(fā)失眠障礙。所以,睡眠障礙尤其是失眠理應(yīng)受到臨床醫(yī)師的重視與干預(yù),促進全民身心健康。
[Abstract]:Sleep is an important physiological process of body recovery and adjustment, which plays an important role in consolidating learning and memory, maintaining immune activity and promoting disease rehabilitation.With the acceleration of social rhythm and the increase of social pressure, the decrease of sleep time and sleep quality has become a prominent problem threatening public health in modern society.Studies at home and abroad have shown that chronic sleep disorders play an important role in the occurrence and development of many somatic diseases, involving cardiovascular, nerve, endocrine, digestive, respiratory, skin and other systemic diseases, such as essential hypertension.Cerebrovascular disease, diabetes, irritable bowel syndrome, asthma, and many physical diseases associated with insomnia.Therefore, sleep disorders, especially insomnia, should be paid attention and intervention by clinicians to promote the physical and mental health of the whole people.
