【摘要】：目的探討與分析血型、性別、輸血次數(shù)與血小板抗體陽性率的關(guān)系。方法對2016年1月1日-2016年12月31日5 745名輸血患者進(jìn)行固相凝集法檢測血小板抗體,統(tǒng)計(jì)血小板抗體產(chǎn)生的陽性率,并進(jìn)一步分析其與血型、性別、輸血次數(shù)的關(guān)系。結(jié)果 5 745名輸血患者中,血小板抗體陽性患者108名,總陽性率約1.87%。血小板抗體陽性血型無明顯相關(guān)性,與性別有相關(guān)性,女性陽性率明顯比男性高,此外與輸血次數(shù)呈正比。結(jié)論輸血等免疫因素刺激導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)生血小板抗體,輸血次數(shù)越多,血小板抗體產(chǎn)生的概率越大,對于需反復(fù)多次輸血治療患者進(jìn)行血小板抗體篩檢,抗體陽性患者給予配型血小板輸注治療,從而能更好的提高血小板輸注效率,保證臨床治療效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between blood type, sex, blood transfusion frequency and platelet antibody positive rate.Methods from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016, 5745 patients with blood transfusion were examined by solid phase agglutination method. The positive rate of platelet antibody was counted, and the relationship between platelet antibody and blood type, sex and blood transfusion was analyzed.Results among 5 745 blood transfusion patients, 108 were platelet antibody positive, the total positive rate was about 1.87.There was no significant correlation between platelet antibody positive blood group and sex. The positive rate of platelet antibody in female was significantly higher than that in male, in addition, it was in direct proportion to the number of blood transfusions.Conclusion Blood transfusion and other immunological factors stimulate the production of platelet antibody. The more times of transfusion, the greater the probability of platelet antibody production. The patients who need repeated blood transfusion are screened for platelet antibody.Patients with positive antibody were treated with matching platelet transfusion, which could improve the efficiency of platelet transfusion and ensure the clinical effect.
