【摘要】：目的了解空巢老年人的跌倒狀況,制定有效的防范措施,提高空巢老年人生活的安全性。方法 2015年3月—6月應用自行設計的問卷對成都市周邊10個居委會內居住的年齡≥60歲空巢老年人進行跌倒狀況調查,并進行跌倒相關因素分析。結果調查發(fā)放調查問卷共250份,回收有效問卷240份,有效回收率為96.0%。240例空巢老年人以年齡≥80歲、男性、健康狀況較好、有配偶、無抑郁情緒、居住城市、行走能力良好為主。240例空巢老年人中,近3個月有跌倒情況87例,發(fā)生率為36.2%。而跌倒后造成軟組織損傷、關節(jié)脫位10例(4.2%),骨折2例(0.8%)。240例老年人跌倒風險評估量表得分為(4.50±1.99)分。跌倒單因素分析表明,空巢老年人的年齡、居住環(huán)境、健康狀況、抑郁情緒、行走能力與其跌倒有關(P0.05)。logistic回歸分析表明,年齡、行走能力、居住環(huán)境、健康狀況是影響空巢老年人跌倒的主要因素(P0.05)。結論空巢老年人的跌倒發(fā)生率較高,其安全應引起社會的高度重視,應根據(jù)空巢老年人跌倒的影響因素早期采取干預措施,改善其安全狀況。
