基于社區(qū)護士核心能力崗位培訓方案的設計與應用效果研究

【摘要】:目的:1.了解某市社區(qū)護士核心能力與崗位培訓現(xiàn)狀及其影響護士核心能力形成的因素;了解社區(qū)護士對于護理工作內(nèi)容與實踐的需求情況。2.根據(jù)CBE模式,試探索設計出社區(qū)護士崗位培訓方案,為社區(qū)護理管理者此后更進一步的完善崗位培訓方案,提升護士的護理能力水平提供參考。過程:1.現(xiàn)狀把握:使用《社區(qū)護士核心能力調查問卷》,它其中包括“一般資料問卷”和“社區(qū)護士核心能力評價問卷”。目的是來了解社區(qū)護士核心能力現(xiàn)狀,以及自制調查問卷來了解社區(qū)護士崗位培訓現(xiàn)狀,社區(qū)護理知識與技能需求情況。調查結果采用SPSSl9.0軟件包處理分析:經(jīng)過分析相關因素,多元逐步回歸方法得出影響社區(qū)護士核心能力的因素。2.實施干預:在自愿參與的前提下,隨機抽取社區(qū)護理人員40名,實施崗位培訓課程的干預。3.效果評價:干預前后均使用《社區(qū)護士核心能力調查問卷》進行得分結果比較。進行培訓效果的最終評價。結果:1.此次的調查研究首先進行了問卷的投放與回收。此次數(shù)量一共500份,在剔除完成之后,得出有效回答問卷是477,有效回答問卷的比率95.4%,通過統(tǒng)計結果顯示核心能力得分為(85.455±8.896),表明社區(qū)護士的核心能力水平偏低(參照評分標準:總分100為能力較弱);通過對社區(qū)護士的核心能力的影響因素進行分析,最終得出這其中培訓經(jīng)歷是預測核心能力水平的主要因素。2.護理人員對當前社區(qū)崗位培訓的效果評價調查結果顯示:非常好比例僅占10.7%,好比例占19.6%,表明社區(qū)護士對崗位培訓的總體評價不高,培訓存在著時間過短、重點未突出、課程內(nèi)容繁冗、重視程度低、培訓大多形式化,流程化等顯著的問題。其中97.9%的社區(qū)護士愿意通過崗位培訓獲取社區(qū)護理服務的新知識,62.1%的社區(qū)護士表示非常愿意通過崗位培訓來提高自身服務社區(qū)的能力。3.通過崗位培訓方案對選取的社區(qū)護士實施干預,干預前調查社區(qū)護士核心能力得分為(84.415±8.896),干預后核心能力得分為(116.386±8.140),可以看出結果比之前有了明顯提高,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.001)。結論:1.社區(qū)護士的核心能力處于較低水平,且社區(qū)護士參加崗位培訓的意愿非常強烈,因此需要針對其能力薄弱的方面制定相應干預策略。2.通過對社區(qū)護士進行崗位課程培訓可以明顯改善社區(qū)護士的崗位培訓現(xiàn)狀,最終提升社區(qū)護士的核心能力。
[Abstract]:Purpose 1.To understand the status quo of core competence and post training of community nurses in a certain city and the factors influencing the formation of core competence of nurses, and to understand the demand of community nurses for the contents and practice of nursing work.According to the CBE model, this paper tries to explore and design the post training program for community nurses, which can provide reference for community nursing managers to further improve the post training program and improve the nursing ability of nurses.Process 1.Present situation: use the questionnaire of Community Nurses Core competence, which includes General Information questionnaire and Community Nurses Core competence Evaluation questionnaire.The purpose is to understand the status of community nurses' core competence and self-made questionnaire to understand the status of community nurses' job training, community nursing knowledge and skills needs.The results of the investigation were analyzed by SPSSl9.0 software package: by analyzing the related factors, the multiple stepwise regression method was used to obtain the factors affecting the core competence of community nurses.Intervention: under the premise of voluntary participation, 40 community nurses were randomly selected, and the intervention of on-the-job training courses was carried out.Effect evaluation: the scores of community nurses' core competence questionnaire were compared before and after intervention.Conduct final evaluation of training results.The result is 1: 1.This investigation and study first carried on the questionnaire to put in and reclaim.The total number was 500, and after the elimination was completed,The effective answer questionnaire is 477, and the effective answer rate is 95.4.The statistical results show that the score of core competence is 85.455 鹵8.896, which indicates that the level of core competence of community nurses is on the low side (reference scale: total score 100 is weak);The factors influencing the core competence of community nurses were analyzed.Finally, the training experience is the main factor to predict the level of core competence.The results of the investigation on the effect evaluation of the current community post training showed that the very good proportion was only 10.7%, and the good proportion was 19.60.This indicated that the overall evaluation of the community nurses' post training was not high, the training time was too short and the key points were not prominent.The contents of the course are cumbersome, the attention is low, the training is mostly formalized, and so on.Among them, 97.9% of community nurses are willing to acquire new knowledge of community nursing service through on-the-job training. 62.1% of community nurses are very willing to improve their ability to serve the community through on-the-job training.The core competence score of community nurses was 84.415 鹵8.896 before intervention and 116.386 鹵8.140 after intervention. The results showed that the results were significantly higher than those before intervention (P 0.001).Conclusion 1.The core competence of community nurses is at a low level, and the willingness of community nurses to participate in post training is very strong, so it is necessary to formulate corresponding intervention strategies. 2.The on-the-job training of community nurses can obviously improve the status quo of job training of community nurses and finally enhance the core competence of community nurses.
