【摘要】：目的研究在對產(chǎn)婦采取有效的產(chǎn)前心理護(hù)理的意義。方法選取在我院進(jìn)行治療的98例孕產(chǎn)婦,將其隨機(jī)平均分為兩組,觀察組與對照組各49例,對對照組的孕產(chǎn)婦采取常規(guī)的產(chǎn)前心理護(hù)理措施,對觀察組的孕產(chǎn)婦采取重點產(chǎn)前心理護(hù)理的措施,并宣傳教育剖宮產(chǎn)和自然分娩的優(yōu)缺點。宣傳教育后,對兩組產(chǎn)婦的剖宮產(chǎn)率及分娩方式進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果比較兩組產(chǎn)婦的情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)觀察組孕產(chǎn)婦明顯比對照組孕產(chǎn)婦好,存在顯著性差異(P0.05),在統(tǒng)計學(xué)上有意義。結(jié)論對孕產(chǎn)婦采取有效的產(chǎn)前心理護(hù)理措施能夠顯著降低剖宮產(chǎn)率,提升自然分娩率。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the significance of effective prenatal psychological nursing for parturient.Methods 98 pregnant and parturient women who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (n = 49) and the control group (n = 49).The key prenatal psychological nursing measures were adopted in the observation group, and the advantages and disadvantages of cesarean section and natural delivery were propagated.After propaganda and education, the cesarean section rate and delivery mode of the two groups were compared.Results the results showed that the pregnant women in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05), which was statistically significant.Conclusion effective antenatal psychological nursing measures can significantly reduce cesarean section rate and increase natural delivery rate.
