【摘要】：目的:探討住院期心臟康復(fù)對(duì)心臟外科手術(shù)后患者生存質(zhì)量、心理狀態(tài)及住院時(shí)間的影響。方法:納入符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的心臟瓣膜病、冠心病患者50例,按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法隨機(jī)分成康復(fù)組(26例)和對(duì)照組(24例)。對(duì)照組在常規(guī)術(shù)前及術(shù)后臨床治療的基礎(chǔ)上,予以術(shù)前教育和術(shù)前呼吸指導(dǎo);康復(fù)組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上,行術(shù)后住院期心臟康復(fù)治療。兩組干預(yù)前后均行簡明健康調(diào)查問卷SF-36評(píng)估和綜合醫(yī)院焦慮抑郁量表(HADS)評(píng)估,并觀察兩組患者的住院時(shí)間。結(jié)果:干預(yù)后,康復(fù)組SF-36評(píng)分在PF、BP、GH、VT、MH 5個(gè)維度上明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05),在RP、SF、RE 3個(gè)維度上與對(duì)照組相比差異無顯著性意義(P0.05);HADS焦慮評(píng)分明顯低于對(duì)照組(P0.05),抑郁評(píng)分也明顯低于對(duì)照組(P0.05);康復(fù)組的住院時(shí)間(15.08±2.77d)較對(duì)照組(18.42±3.39d)顯著縮短,差異有顯著性意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論:住院期心臟康復(fù)可以明顯改善心臟外科術(shù)后患者的生存質(zhì)量和心理狀態(tài),縮短住院時(shí)間。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effects of cardiac rehabilitation on the quality of life, psychological status and hospitalization time after cardiac surgery.Methods: 50 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into rehabilitation group (n = 26) and control group (n = 24).The control group received preoperative education and preoperative respiratory guidance on the basis of routine preoperative and postoperative clinical treatment, while the rehabilitation group received post-operative cardiac rehabilitation in hospital on the basis of the control group.Before and after intervention, the patients in the two groups were assessed with SF-36 and HADS-based comprehensive hospital anxiety and depression scale, and the hospitalization time of the two groups was observed.Results: after intervention,The scores of SF-36 in the rehabilitation group were significantly better than those in the control group in five dimensions (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference in the three dimensions between the rehabilitation group and the control group (P 0.05). The anxiety score of the rehabilitation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.05), and the depression score was significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.05).The hospitalization time of group A (15.08 鹵2.77d) was significantly shorter than that of control group (18.42 鹵3.39d).The difference was significant (P 0.01).Conclusion: cardiac rehabilitation during hospitalization can significantly improve the quality of life and psychological state of patients after cardiac surgery, and shorten the hospitalization time.
