【摘要】：目的解決傳統(tǒng)中段尿采集杯存在容器易污染、不易持拿且密封性欠佳等問題,降低中段尿標(biāo)本留取的不合格率。方法選取2016年7月—12月126例未留置導(dǎo)尿管患者為實(shí)驗(yàn)組;2017年1月—5月112例未留置導(dǎo)尿管患者為對照組,兩組在常規(guī)治療、護(hù)理的基礎(chǔ)上,實(shí)驗(yàn)組應(yīng)用自行設(shè)計制作的一次性密閉式中段尿留取裝置收集標(biāo)本(以下簡稱中段尿留取裝置),對照組采用傳統(tǒng)尿杯收集標(biāo)本。評價兩組收集標(biāo)本不合格率、患者滿意率及依從性。結(jié)果兩組中段尿留取依從性比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ2=16.505,P0.001)。兩組中段尿留取標(biāo)本合格率比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ2=5.115,P=0.024)。實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組的滿意度評分分別為(4.3±0.2)分和(2.8±0.6)分。結(jié)論中段尿留取裝置能夠降低中段尿留取不合格率,提高患者滿意率及依從性。
[Abstract]:Objective to solve the problem that containers are easy to be polluted, not easy to hold and sealed in the traditional urine collection cups, and to reduce the unqualified rate of urine samples collected in the middle section.Methods from July to December 2016, 126 patients without indwelling urethral catheter were selected as experimental group and 112 patients without indwelling catheter as control group from January to May 2017.In the experimental group, the specimen was collected with a single closed middle segment urine retention device (hereinafter referred to as the middle segment urine retention device), while the control group was collected with the traditional urine cup.The rate of nonconformity, satisfaction and compliance of the two groups were evaluated.Results there was a significant difference in compliance between the two groups (蠂 ~ 2 = 16.505U, P 0.001).There was significant difference between the two groups in the qualified rate of urine samples (蠂 2 = 5.115, P 0.024).The satisfaction scores of the experimental group and the control group were 4.3 鹵0.2 and 2.8 鹵0.6, respectively.Conclusion the mid-segment urine retention device can reduce the non-qualified rate of mid-segment urine retention and improve the satisfaction rate and compliance of the patients.
