【摘要】：目的編制1套適用于我國癌癥患者的自我管理測評量表,并檢驗其信效度。方法以Bandura社會認(rèn)知理論、自我效能理論、自我決策理論為理論基礎(chǔ),以自我管理的三大任務(wù)和六大技能為框架,結(jié)合對20例癌癥患者的訪談結(jié)果,構(gòu)建癌癥患者自我管理測評量表的條目池。通過德爾菲法、預(yù)調(diào)查形成量表暫定版,采用暫定版量表對300例癌癥患者進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,檢驗量表的信效度。結(jié)果癌癥患者自我管理測評量表包括44個條目�？偭勘淼腃ronbach'sα系數(shù)為0.959,折半信度為0.932,2周重測信度為0.461。探索性因子分析提取6個公因子,其方差累積貢獻(xiàn)率為61.090%;總量表的內(nèi)容效度指數(shù)為0.900。結(jié)論本研究形成的癌癥患者自我管理測評量表具有良好的信效度,適用于我國癌癥患者自我管理水平的測評。
[Abstract]:Objective to develop a self-management scale for cancer patients in China and test its reliability and validity.Methods based on Bandura's social cognitive theory, self-efficacy theory and self-decision-making theory, and based on the framework of three tasks and six major skills of self-management, the results of interviews with 20 cancer patients were analyzed.To construct an item pool of self-management scale for cancer patients.A preliminary version of the preliminary scale was formed by Delphi method, and 300 patients with cancer were investigated with the provisional version to test the reliability and validity of the scale.Results the self-management scale for cancer patients included 44 items.The Cronbach's 偽 coefficient of the total table was 0.959, and the half-fold reliability was 0.932 ~ 2 weeks retest reliability was 0.461.By exploratory factor analysis, six common factors were extracted, the cumulative contribution rate of variance was 61.090, and the content validity index of total table was 0.900.Conclusion the self-management scale of cancer patients developed in this study has good reliability and validity and can be used to assess the level of self-management of cancer patients in China.
