【摘要】：目的分析2014年腫瘤患者住院期間跌倒的情況,制訂跌倒預防方案,探討運用其對腫瘤患者住院期間跌倒管理的成效。方法通過成立跌倒質(zhì)量管理團隊、制訂腫瘤患者住院期間跌倒預防方案,對腫瘤患者住院期間跌倒的健康教育形式、跌倒風險評估流程和各部門之間的合作進行了改進。結(jié)果跌倒預防方案實施后發(fā)現(xiàn),2015年腫瘤患者住院期間跌倒人數(shù)共25例,跌倒發(fā)生率為0.027‰,低于2014年的腫瘤患者住院期間跌倒人數(shù)(55例)和跌倒發(fā)生率(0.065‰),差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ~2=15.195,P0.001)。結(jié)論通過制訂并實施腫瘤患者住院期間跌倒預防方案,有效降低了腫瘤患者住院期間的跌倒發(fā)生率,保障了患者安全。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the situation of fall during hospitalization of tumor patients in 2014, to establish a fall prevention scheme, and to explore the effectiveness of fall management in cancer patients during hospitalization. Methods A fall quality management team was set up.
