【摘要】：目的探討心理護理對冠心病心絞痛患者焦慮抑郁狀態(tài)、生活質量及護理滿意度的影響。方法選取我院2014年5月至2016年5月收治的冠心病心絞痛患者80例,依據(jù)隨機數(shù)字表法將這些患者分為心理護理組(n=40)和常規(guī)護理組(n=40),對兩組患者的焦慮抑郁狀態(tài)、生活質量及護理滿意度進行分析比較。結果心理護理組患者的SAS評分和SDS評分均顯著低于常規(guī)護理組(P0.05),生活質量高的比例是70.0%(28/40),顯著高于常規(guī)護理組45.0%(18/40)(P0.05),生活質量低的比例是5.0%(2/40),顯著低于常規(guī)護理組25.0%(10/40)(P0.05),心絞痛發(fā)作率5.0%(2/40)顯著低于常規(guī)護理組15.0%(6/40)(P0.05),健康教育覆蓋率、護患溝通率及護理滿意度97.5%(39/40)、95.0%(38/40)、97.5%(39/40)均顯著高于常規(guī)護理組80.0%(32/40)、85.0%(34/40)、82.5%(33/40)(P0.05)。結論心理護理能夠改善冠心病心絞痛患者的焦慮抑郁狀態(tài),提高患者的生活質量及護理滿意度。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effects of psychological nursing on anxiety and depression in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, affecting the quality of life and nursing satisfaction. 80 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris methods in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were, according to the random number table method, the patients were divided into psychological nursing group (n=40) and routine nursing group (n=40), the anxiety and depression the state of the two groups of patients, life quality and nursing satisfaction compared. Results the psychological care of patients with SAS score and SDS score were significantly lower than that of the conventional nursing group (P0.05), the quality of life of high proportion is 70% (28/40), was significantly higher than that of the conventional nursing group 45% (18/40) (P0.05), low quality of life. The proportion is 5% (2/40), was significantly lower than that of the conventional nursing group 25% (10/40) (P0.05), angina attack rate was 5% (2/40) was significantly lower than that of the conventional nursing group 15% (6/40) (P0.05), the coverage rate of health education, nurse patient communication rate and nursing The satisfaction rate was 97.5% (39/40), 95% (38/40), 97.5% (39/40), which was significantly higher than that of the conventional care group 80% (32/40), 85% (34/40), 82.5% (33/40) (P0.05). Conclusion psychological nursing can improve the anxiety and depression state of patients with angina pectoris, and improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
