【摘要】：目的深入了解PICC�？谱o(hù)士的工作體驗(yàn),以期為制訂針對(duì)性的干預(yù)措施提供參考。方法 2016年5-6月,采用目的抽樣法,選擇山東省內(nèi)符合納入條件的11名PICC�？谱o(hù)士為研究對(duì)象,采用現(xiàn)象學(xué)研究法對(duì)其進(jìn)行半結(jié)構(gòu)式訪談,并用Colaizzi現(xiàn)象學(xué)資料7步分析法對(duì)訪談資料進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 PICC�？谱o(hù)士的工作體驗(yàn)可歸納為3個(gè)主題:自身的成長(zhǎng)與收獲;肩負(fù)的責(zé)任與使命;面臨的困難與挑戰(zhàn)。結(jié)論 PICC�？谱o(hù)理工作促進(jìn)PICC�？谱o(hù)士不斷成長(zhǎng),實(shí)現(xiàn)自我價(jià)值;強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任感和使命感堅(jiān)定了他們的職業(yè)信念;管理者應(yīng)規(guī)范PICC專科護(hù)士的角色和職責(zé),采取相關(guān)措施緩解其心理壓力,并提供實(shí)質(zhì)性的支持和幫助,以促進(jìn)PICC�？谱o(hù)理隊(duì)伍的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the working experience of PICC specialist nurses in order to provide reference for making targeted intervention measures. Methods from May to June 2016, 11 PICC nurses in Shandong province were selected as the research objects by using objective sampling method. The semi-structured interview was conducted with phenomenological research method, and the interview data was analyzed by Colaizzi phenomenological data analysis method. Results the working experience of PICC specialist nurses can be summed up into three themes: their own growth and harvest; Conclusion the PICC specialty nursing work promotes the PICC specialized nurses to grow continuously, realizes the self-value, the strong sense of responsibility and the sense of mission strengthened their professional belief. Managers should standardize the roles and responsibilities of PICC nurses, take relevant measures to relieve their psychological pressure, and provide substantial support and help to promote the development of PICC specialist nursing team.
