【摘要】：目的探討成人髂腹股溝神經(jīng)(IIN)的超聲表現(xiàn)及臨床應用。方法利用超聲測量254例志愿者的IIN在穿出腹橫肌、腹內(nèi)斜肌、腹外斜肌腱膜時分別距髂嵴最高點、髂前上棘內(nèi)側(cè)、恥骨聯(lián)合上緣的骨性標志點以及至皮膚表皮的距離,并分析其可行性。對比各指標在性別、左右側(cè)、不同BMI組之間的差異。結(jié)果 (1)正常IIN在縱切面上呈低回聲條狀結(jié)構(gòu),橫切面呈圓形低回聲。(2)同一或不同醫(yī)師測量各指標的可行性較好。(3)各指標在不同性別之間差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P均0.05);左右側(cè)之間差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P均0.05);同一性別不同BMI組之間,3個肌肉穿肌點分別與各骨性標志的距離之間的差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P均0.05),而在各肌肉穿肌點與皮膚表皮之間的距離之間差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P均0.05)。結(jié)論高頻超聲可清晰顯示INN在穿出腹橫肌、腹內(nèi)斜肌、腹外斜肌腱膜時的形態(tài),具有一定的臨床價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the ultrasonographic manifestations and clinical application of Iine in adult ilioinguinal nerve. Methods the IIN of 254 volunteers was measured with ultrasound to distance from the highest point of iliac crest and the medial anterior superior iliac spine when perforating the ventral transverse muscle, the internal oblique muscle and the external oblique muscle aponeurosis. The distance between the upper margin of pubic symphysis and the skin epidermis was analyzed, and its feasibility was analyzed. The differences among different BMI groups were compared. Results 1) the normal IIN showed a hypoechoic stripe structure on the longitudinal plane. The cross section is round hypoechoic. (2) the feasibility of measuring each index by the same or different doctor is better. 3) the difference of each index is statistically significant (P < 0.05); the difference between left and right is not statistically significant (P = 0.05); the same sex is different (P = 0.05). In different BMI groups, there was no significant difference in the distance between the three muscle perforating points and each bone marker (P 0.05), but there was significant difference in the distance between the muscle perforator point and the skin epidermis (P 0.05). High frequency ultrasound can clearly display INN in the perforation of the transverse ventral muscle. The shape of the aponeurosis of the internal oblique muscle and the external oblique muscle has certain clinical value.
