【摘要】:目的對(duì)A抗原特異性自身抗體引起的正反不符進(jìn)行ABO血型鑒定及經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)。方法均采用試管法進(jìn)行血型血清學(xué)檢測(cè);對(duì)ABO血型基因第6、7外顯子擴(kuò)增后進(jìn)行直接測(cè)序。結(jié)果血型血清學(xué)鑒定正定檢出A抗原反定檢出抗-A,自身吸收放散證明存在A抗原特異性自身抗體;驒z測(cè)結(jié)果 A102/A102。結(jié)論血型為A型,由A抗原特異性自身抗體引起ABO正反不符至定型困難;A抗原特異性自身抗體引起的ABO正反不符可按照ABO疑難血型三步分析法進(jìn)行血型鑒定。
[Abstract]:Objective to identify the positive and negative inconsistency caused by A antigen specific autoantibodies and to summarize the experience. Methods the blood group serology was detected by test tube method. The ABO blood group gene exon 6 was amplified and sequenced directly. Results A antigen antigens were detected in positive blood group serology. Autoabsorption and elution proved the existence of A antigen-specific autoantibodies. A102 / A102.Conclusion the blood group is A, The positive and negative ABO incompatibility caused by A antigen-specific autoantibodies and the ABO positive and negative inconsistency caused by A antigen-specific autoantibodies can be identified according to the three-step method of ABO difficult blood group analysis.
