【摘要】：目的本文通過了解社區(qū)慢性病老年人的社會支持和幸福感現(xiàn)狀,分析其影響因素,探索兩變量間的相關(guān)關(guān)系。同時引入慢性病自我效能變量,分析慢性病自我效能在老年人社會支持和幸福感關(guān)系中的中介作用。為提升老年人社會支持水平、慢性病自我效能和幸福感水平提供一定的參考依據(jù)。方法運用便利抽樣的方法進行取樣,于2015年4-6月抽取山東省濟寧市(市中區(qū)、任城區(qū)和鄒城市)442名社區(qū)慢性病老年人為研究對象進行問卷調(diào)查。采用自制的一般資料問卷、社會支持評定量表、慢性病自我效能量表和中文修正版社會生產(chǎn)函數(shù)幸福感水平評定量表分別測量社區(qū)慢性病老年人的一般資料、社會支持水平、慢性病自我效能和幸福感情況。調(diào)查回收問卷后,運用SPSS17.0雙錄入數(shù)據(jù)建立數(shù)據(jù)庫,運用SPSS17.0和AMOS17.0進行信效度檢驗、描述性分析、相關(guān)性分析和分層多元線性回歸分析。結(jié)果1.中文修正版社會生產(chǎn)函數(shù)幸福感水平評定量表為國外引進經(jīng)漢化后的量表,經(jīng)信效度檢驗,各條目得分與相應(yīng)維度得分及總分均呈直線正相關(guān)(P0.05)。條目水平的內(nèi)容效度指數(shù)(I-CVI)為0.80~1.00,量表水平的內(nèi)容效度指數(shù)(S-CVI/UA)為0.80,平均量表水平的內(nèi)容效度指數(shù)(S-CVI/AVe)為0.96。經(jīng)探索性因子分析(EFA),采用主軸因子提取法得5因子模型,各條目共同度為0.482~0.878。經(jīng)驗證性因子分析(CFA)得卡方自由度比值(CMIN/DF)=2.142,漸進殘差均平方和平方根(RMSEA)=0.072,適配度指數(shù)(GFI)=0.907,非規(guī)整適配度指數(shù)(TLI)=0.941,增值適配度指數(shù)(IFI)=0.956,比較適配度指數(shù)(CFI)=0.955,簡約適配度指數(shù)(PGFI)=0.604。量表內(nèi)部一致性Cronbach'sα系數(shù)為0.914,情感、行為確認(rèn)、地位、舒適感、激勵維度5個維度的內(nèi)部一致性Cronbach'sα系數(shù)分別為0.779、0.814、0.853、0.938、0.690,重測信度為0.902,分半信度為0.861。量表信效度良好。2.一般資料對研究變量的影響:不同年齡、性別、配偶、文化程度、月收入情況、居住情況和患病個數(shù)對社會支持水平的影響有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);不同文化程度、月收入情況和患病個數(shù)對慢性病自我效能的影響有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);不同性別、配偶、文化程度、月收入情況、居住情況和患病個數(shù)情況對幸福感的影響有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。3.社會支持與慢性病自我效能、社會支持與幸福感、慢性病自我效能與幸福感之間均呈正相關(guān)性(P0.01)。社會支持的三個維度(主觀支持、客觀支持、社會支持利用度)和幸福感的五個維度(情感維度、行為確認(rèn)維度、地位維度、舒適維度、激勵維度)均呈正相關(guān)性(P0.01);社會支持的三個維度與慢性病自我效能的兩個維度(疾病癥狀管理、疾病共性管理)均呈正相關(guān)性(P0.01);慢性病自我效能兩個維度和幸福感五個維度均呈正相關(guān)性(P0.01)。4.慢性病自我效能在社會支持和幸福感的關(guān)系中起部分中介作用。結(jié)論1.中文修正版社會生產(chǎn)函數(shù)幸福感水平評定量表經(jīng)檢驗后信效度良好。2.不同一般資料對研究變量的影響:在社會支持得分方面,男性、配偶健在、低齡、高文化程度、高收入、與家人同住、患病個數(shù)≤3個的老年人得分較高;在慢性病自我效得分方面,高文化程度、高收入、患病個數(shù)≤3個的老年人得分較高;在幸福感得分方面,男性、配偶健在、高文化程度、高收入、與家人同住、患病個數(shù)≤3個的老年人得分較高。3.社區(qū)慢性病老年人社會支持水平越高,慢性病自我效能水平越高;社區(qū)慢性病老年人社會支持水平越高,幸福感水平越高;社區(qū)慢性病老年人慢性病自我效能水平越高,幸福感水平越高。4.慢性病自我效能在社會支持和幸福感的關(guān)系中起部分中介作用,慢性病自我效能因素的介入,使社會支持對幸福感的影響降低。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper through the understanding of chronic diseases in community elderly social support and well-being of the status quo, analyze its influencing factors, explore the correlation between the two variables. At the same time the introduction of chronic disease self-efficacy variables, analysis of chronic disease self-efficacy in the intermediary role between social support and well-being of the elderly. The elderly in order to improve the level of social support chronic disease, self-efficacy and well-being level to provide some reference. Methods by convenience sampling were sampled in 2015 4-6 months from Jining city of Shandong province (central city, Rencheng district and Zoucheng city) in 442 cases of elderly patients with chronic diseases in community as the research object. Questionnaire survey was conducted using self-made general information questionnaire, social support scale, chronic disease self efficacy scale and Chinese modified version of the social sense of happiness scale of the production function of chronic diseases in community elderly were measured in general The data, the level of social support, chronic disease self-efficacy and well-being. The survey questionnaires, the use of SPSS17.0 double input data to establish a database, using SPSS17.0 and AMOS17.0 test of the validity analysis, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and hierarchical multiple linear regression.
