【摘要】：為了更好地完善醫(yī)院護(hù)理信息化建設(shè),促進(jìn)護(hù)理信息的發(fā)展,2014年9月,我院護(hù)理部設(shè)立了信息護(hù)士崗位,制訂了一系列工作制度及管理方法,明確了信息護(hù)士的臨床實(shí)踐要求。實(shí)施后,信息護(hù)士參與護(hù)理信息相關(guān)項(xiàng)目開發(fā)共60項(xiàng);參與醫(yī)療、護(hù)理相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)流程改進(jìn)共11項(xiàng);收集護(hù)理信息系統(tǒng)問題共399條,解決問題共338條;完成護(hù)理信息相關(guān)項(xiàng)目使用說(shuō)明共22項(xiàng);組織培訓(xùn)及院內(nèi)講課共12次。院內(nèi)醫(yī)護(hù)人員及計(jì)算機(jī)中心工程師對(duì)信息護(hù)士工作崗位的設(shè)立表示一致認(rèn)同,認(rèn)為信息護(hù)士工作崗位促進(jìn)了我院護(hù)理信息化的發(fā)展及建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the hospital nursing information construction and promote the development of nursing information, in September 2014, the nursing department of our hospital established the post of information nurse, and formulated a series of work system and management methods. The requirements of clinical practice of information nurses were clarified. After implementation, 60 items of information nurses were involved in the development of nursing information related projects, 11 items were involved in medical treatment, 11 items of nursing related business processes were improved, 399 items of nursing information system problems were collected, A total of 338 problems were solved; 22 instructions for the completion of nursing information related projects were completed; 12 training sessions and lectures were organized. Hospital medical and nursing staff and computer center engineers agreed to the establishment of information nurses. It is believed that the information nurse post promotes the development and construction of nursing informatization in our hospital.
