【摘要】：目的探討在傷口造口管理過(guò)程中實(shí)施希望護(hù)理干預(yù)對(duì)患者心理健康的影響。方法將入組傷口造口管理中心的患者隨機(jī)分為觀察組81例,對(duì)照組83例。兩組均給予常規(guī)傷口造口管理,觀察組在此基礎(chǔ)上將Snyder希望理論模型應(yīng)用于傷口造口管理模式中,干預(yù)前和干預(yù)后(入組時(shí),半年后)采用HERTH希望量表(Herth Hope Idex,HHI)、自我感受負(fù)擔(dān)量表(self-Perceived Burden Scale,SPBS)、焦慮自評(píng)量表(SAS)對(duì)兩組患者進(jìn)行效果評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果干預(yù)后觀察組患者希望評(píng)分高于對(duì)照組,自我感受負(fù)擔(dān)、焦慮評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論根據(jù)Snyder希望理論模型制定的干預(yù)措施有利于提高傷口造口患者希望水平,減輕自我感受負(fù)擔(dān)、焦慮的負(fù)性情緒,提高傷口造口管理效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of nursing intervention on the mental health of patients in the process of wound opening management. Methods the patients in the wound orifice management center were randomly divided into observation group (n = 81) and observation group (n = 81). There were 83 cases in the control group. Both groups were given routine wound orifice management. On this basis, the Snyder hope theory model was applied to the wound orifice management model, before and after the intervention. Half a year later, the two groups were evaluated with the HERTH hope scale (Herth Hope scale), the self-perceived Burden scale (SPBSs) and the anxiety self-rating scale (SAS). Results after the intervention, the patients in the observation group were expected to score higher than those in the control group, and the self-feeling burden was higher than that in the control group. The anxiety score was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the intervention measures based on Snyder's theory of hope model can improve the level of hope, relieve the burden of self-feeling and the negative emotion of anxiety in patients with wound anastomosis. Improve the effect of wound orifice management.
