【摘要】：目的:探討不同病理類型早期宮頸癌ADC值的差異及其臨床意義。方法:選取131例經(jīng)病理及臨床證實(shí)為早期宮頸癌的患者,其中鱗癌100例、腺癌17例、腺鱗癌14例。100例鱗癌中低分化4例、中分化87例、高分化7例。所有患者治療前行3.0T MR常規(guī)掃描及DWI檢查。測(cè)量病灶的ADC值,比較不同病理分型及不同分化程度早期宮頸癌的ADC值的差異。結(jié)果:早期宮頸鱗癌與腺癌的ADC均值、最小值之間的差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01),早期宮頸腺癌與腺鱗癌的ADC均值、最小值之間的差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。分化程度不同的早期宮頸鱗癌之間ADC均值的差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:ADC值在術(shù)前評(píng)估早期宮頸癌的病理類型方面有一定價(jià)值,但對(duì)其分化程度的術(shù)前評(píng)估價(jià)值有限。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the difference of ADC value and its clinical significance in different pathological types of early cervical cancer. Methods: one hundred patients with squamous cell carcinoma and 17 with adenocarcinoma were selected. There were 4 cases of low differentiation, 87 cases of moderate differentiation and 7 cases of highly differentiated adenosquamous carcinoma. Before treatment, 3. 0T Mr routine scan and DWI examination were performed in all patients. The ADC value of the lesions was measured. Results: the mean value of ADC and the minimum value of ADC in early cervical squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma were statistically significant (P 0.01), and the ADC mean value of early cervical adenocarcinoma and adenosquamous carcinoma was higher than that of early cervical carcinoma and adenosquamous carcinoma. The difference between the minimum values was statistically significant (P 0.01). There was no significant difference in the mean value of ADC between early cervical squamous cell carcinomas with different differentiation. Conclusion the ratio of ADC value is valuable in the preoperative evaluation of the pathological types of early cervical carcinoma. However, the preoperative evaluation of the degree of differentiation was limited.
