【摘要】：目的探討接受美沙酮維持治療(methadone maintenance treatment,MMT)的海洛因依賴患者(heroindependent patients,HDPs)吸煙行為與疼痛強度關系。方法 603例MMT門診HDPs完成社會人口學和臨床特征問卷、吸煙問卷、吸煙嚴重程度指數(shù)評估和Zung氏抑郁自評量表,用五點口述分級評分法評估疼痛強度。結果協(xié)方差分析控制社會人口學變量、臨床特征變量和抑郁癥狀的混雜作用后,吸煙HDPs的疼痛強度高于非吸煙HDPs(F=11.836,P=0.002),兩兩比較,中重度尼古丁依賴患者疼痛強度最高,輕度尼古丁依賴患者次之,無尼古丁依賴患者疼痛強度最低[(3.11±1.04)vs.(2.67±1.13)vs.(2.47±1.15),均P0.01]。結論 MMT門診HDPs的吸煙行為與疼痛存在顯著關聯(lián),尼古丁依賴程度越重,疼痛強度越高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between smoking behavior and pain intensity in heroin addicts receiving methadone maintenance treatment.Methods 603 HDPs patients with MMT were enrolled in this study. Smoking severity index and Zung's depression self-rating scale were used to evaluate the pain intensity. Results Covariance analysis controlled the mixed effects of social demographic variables, clinical characteristics variables and depression symptoms. The pain intensity of smoking HDPs was higher than that of non-smoking HDPsSN 11.836, P0. 002. In comparison, moderate and severe nicotine dependence patients had the highest pain intensity, and mild nicotine dependence patients were the second. The pain intensity of patients without nicotine dependence was the lowest [2.67 鹵1.13 vs 2.67 鹵1.13 vs 2.47 鹵1.15]. Conclusion smoking behavior of HDPs in MMT outpatient clinic is significantly correlated with pain. The more nicotine dependence, the higher the pain intensity.
