【摘要】：目的測量中文版的利福尼亞大學(xué)老年患者態(tài)度量表(UCLA-GAS)測量護(hù)生對(duì)養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)老年人態(tài)度的信效度。方法遼寧醫(yī)學(xué)院287名護(hù)生,采用Cronbachα測量其內(nèi)部一致性,使用Pearson相關(guān)分析測量其再測信度外部一致性。通過專家判斷以表示其內(nèi)容效度,使用因子分析測量其結(jié)構(gòu)效度,同時(shí)將其與Kogan老年人態(tài)度量表(KAOP)進(jìn)行相關(guān)分析,以測量其同時(shí)效度。結(jié)果中文版UCLA-GAS有著良好的內(nèi)部、外部一致性信度、結(jié)構(gòu)效度、同時(shí)效度。其Cronbachα=0.754(社會(huì)、醫(yī)療、同情、資源維度的Cronbachα系數(shù)分別為0.688,0.752,0.774,0.765)。145名護(hù)生的總分及各維度的重測信度均0.75。其KMO=0.755,累計(jì)貢獻(xiàn)率達(dá)64.101%。UCLA-GAS與KAOP總分及各維度顯著相關(guān)(r=0.300~0.625,P0.01)。結(jié)論由于中文版的UCLA-GAS條目數(shù)少且信效度良好,因此推薦其用于護(hù)生對(duì)養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)老年人態(tài)度的測量。
[Abstract]:Objective to measure the reliability and validity of nursing students' attitude towards the elderly in old-age institutions by UCLA-GAS.Methods Cronbach 偽 was used to measure the internal consistency of two hundred and eighty-seven nursing students in Liaoning Medical College. The Pearson correlation analysis was used to measure the external consistency of its re-test reliability, the content validity was expressed by expert judgment, the structural validity was measured by factor analysis, and the correlation analysis was carried out with the Kogan attitude scale for the elderly (Kogan). Results the Chinese version of UCLA-GAS had good internal and external consistency reliability, structural validity and simultaneous validity. Its Cronbach 偽 was 0.754 (social, medical, sympathetic, social, medical, sympathetic). The Cronbach 偽 coefficient of the resource dimension was 0.6880.752n0.7740.7740.765. 145 nursing students' total score and test-retest reliability of each dimension were 0.755.The cumulative contribution rate was 64.101%. UCLA-GAS was significantly related to the total score of KAOP and the total scores of KAOP and each dimension. Conclusion because the number of UCLA-GAS items in the Chinese version is small and the reliability is good. It is therefore recommended to measure the attitude of nursing students towards the elderly in institutions for the aged.
