【摘要】：研究骨折術(shù)后護(hù)理干預(yù)對肢體腫脹康復(fù)情況的影響。對2015年3月~2015年4月期間某骨科醫(yī)院收治的90例骨折術(shù)后肢體腫脹患者進(jìn)行分組研究,隨機(jī)將其劃分成對照組和干預(yù)組,對照組和干預(yù)組患者都進(jìn)行常規(guī)護(hù)理,但干預(yù)組給予其他更多護(hù)理干預(yù)。骨折術(shù)后第1天干預(yù)組和對照組患者肢體腫脹程度和肢體疼痛程度差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),術(shù)后第3天和第7天干預(yù)組患者肢體腫脹程度和肢體疼痛程度均顯著低于對照組(P0.05)。骨折術(shù)后干預(yù)組患者消腫時(shí)間明顯低于對照組,差異具有非常顯著性(P0.01)。干預(yù)組患者骨折術(shù)后非常滿意和滿意人數(shù)明顯高于對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);一般滿意和不滿意人數(shù)明顯低于對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),干預(yù)組總滿意度明顯高于對照組。骨折術(shù)后干預(yù)組患者在健康感覺、軀體感覺、精神狀態(tài)、睡眠狀態(tài)、生活滿足感和食欲等方面的生活質(zhì)量明顯高于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。骨折術(shù)后7 d干預(yù)組患者在心理、生理方面的舒適度明顯高于對照組,康復(fù)鍛煉的積極性也明顯高于對照組,差異顯著(P0.05);骨折術(shù)后干預(yù)組和對照組患者在環(huán)境和社會文化方面的舒適度無顯著性差異(P0.05)。護(hù)理干預(yù)可有效促進(jìn)骨折患者術(shù)后肢體腫脹的康復(fù),減少并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:To study the effect of postoperative nursing intervention on the recovery of limb swelling, 90 patients with limb swelling treated in an orthopedic hospital from March 2015 to April 2015 were divided into two groups randomly: control group and intervention group. The patients in the control group and the intervention group were given routine nursing care. However, the intervention group was given more nursing intervention. There was no significant difference in the degree of limb swelling and limb pain between the intervention group and the control group on the first day after operation (P 0.05), but on the 3rd and 7th day after operation, the limb swelling in the intervention group was not significantly different from that in the control group. The degree of distension and limb pain were significantly lower than that of control group (P 0.05). The time of swelling in the intervention group after fracture was significantly lower than that in the control group. The number of satisfied patients in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), the number of general satisfaction and dissatisfaction was significantly lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The total satisfaction of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The quality of life in life satisfaction and appetite was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). The psychological and physiological comfort of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 7 days after fracture. The enthusiasm of rehabilitation exercise was also significantly higher than that of the control group. There was no significant difference in environment and social culture between the intervention group and the control group in terms of environment and social culture. Nursing intervention could effectively promote the recovery of limb swelling and reduce the incidence of complications.
